Isn't the fundamental problem with Shatter that an "objective" that you're required to attack that is stationary and doesn't shoot back is less interesting than practicing rotations on a striking dummy?
I'd suggest if you replaced the ice with tomeliths and/or ovoos it would magically become quite interesting.
Played one match and it was 17 MINUTES long. I'd prefer quicker auto-losses, not longer ones.
Honestly I think the length of Shatter maps are the worst thing about them now. I genuinely believe that the latest patch fixed a lot of the problems the 'new' Shatter had. They just drag on for forever now.
It's longer mostly because for some obscure reason they halved pvp (!!!) points. WTF?
