Don't think they care at this point, there hasn't been a single positive thread about the 2min meta and yet they happily continue to turn every job into a builder spender type (except healers, they are already on the ground pressing nothing but 1 with occasional 2)

Doesn't matter, we should still do it. If we love this game and want it to be better as we support it with our money and time, we should leave our feedback. They'll never know what we want if we don't tell them.

Usually whenever player behavior ingame and on the forums clash, they will respond to the ingame behavior over any forum post.

And I agree, we don't need anymore 60s/120s job, we need less.

Keep the PLD DPS rotation the way it is, but please update Cover.

I mean what's wrong having a 1 min burst rotation? I rather more jobs have a 1 minute burst window then that gives a since identity and make them stand out then then have it be the same like everyone else.

Yeah I'm so giving up on the game cause once they ruin PLD....what are we even supposed to play?
I'm sure at this point, by 7.0 all classes will be dead boring and just complete reskins of each other.

I don't mind if PLD's adjusted (not reworked) to fit one minutes better, generally aslong as the job feels the same I'd be happy. I love how PLD plays generally even if it's a bit static I just don't find it dull.

I think the main issue is they're likely going to remove major parts about Paladin without really thinking about why people enjoy the job in first place.

One minute of 1 2 3 is not fun.
It's great to have little things to think about and it's not much.

PLD was very fun to learn, it's a 60s job but with an interesting filler rotation.
Yes it can have a high skill ceiling due to FoF windows but is it bad to have a high skill ceiling?

We don't have to play a job perfectly, just need to be good enough at it.

When the ceiling makes it difficult to operate in tandem with a group due to Atonement drifting, that’s when we ask the question: Should PLD have 2 60s Burst Windows?

Dropping a stack of Sword Oath every minute is whatever, anyone complaining about that, it feels like they're looking for issues, you play the job enough you don't even think about it, and besides, last expansion it was Holy Spirit, this expansion it's Atonement, was never complained about then. I wouldn't call Fight or Flight "burst" either, since physical potency was neutered in comparative strength versus it's magic phase at present, when compared with PLD's Shadowbringers iteration. Having two Buff windows to manage is actually what makes a lot of PLD players enjoy the job, because it does keep the job more engaging that spamming 1-2-3. Like seriously if people don't like managing two buffs on PLD, there is literally other more braindead tanks that can be played.

But hey come January, the last of any semblance of an engaging rotation left in the game, will probably be in the graveyard with PLDs rework.
