I am absolutely devastated. I placed a bid on an FC plot after 6.1 was released and during this whole period there has not been any other voters. Wen the lottery went through I checked the Placard and boom, I lost the plot to lucky number 0!
This can't be correct.. I was the only one who placed a bid. I have sent an ingame ticket to support and well I am so worried that I will lose this plot... :(
I was the only one to bid on an FC plot, when 11:00 AM happened, I lost to a 0 and I was 1....I'm so upset over this. I feel like if we were the only ones bidding on the plot that plot should be ours.
I legit put in a bug report and even put in a harrassment report to try and get a response from a GM because I'm so upset over losing to no one...I really wanted this plot. I feel like if we were the only ones to bid, we should've gotten it. Maybe they'll go back and give it to us?

There were three bids. All my Free Company. No one won. And now it says there were no other participants.
This is happening on Elemental DC as well. My FC got hit by it, and people in shout chat were saying it happened to them, as well

My officer Kinbuko Buko put in our bid for Famfrit Empyrean Ward 9 Plot 18 and we were the only bidder. and ZERO wins?!!! This needs to be fixed, and the sole bidders need to be awarded their plots! I hope this was a glitch and not some "working as intended" blather.

2. Outside of additional FC members bidding on the same plot. There are no other competitors for the plot.
3. On collection day the result for the plot was that the winner had an assigned number of 0. Resulting in everyone that bid on the sign being marked as losing.

My FC was the only one that participated in the lottery for this specific plot however we still did not acquire the plot when it came to collection.
I checked the Participants to see if we had lost to someone else perhaps. And the following is what I saw.

I did get the refund cause my spot had more than 1 entrant (Plot 1, Ward 23 Ishard, Ravana) and I thought it was just the code to display the winning number that was bugged, not the whole thing. This was as soon as the draw finished so before any news came out. I'm sure I'm not the only one either.

Should have taken a screenshot with the ticket 0 bit... Same issue on Zalera. Bid on small house in Empyreum ward 7 plot 6 for my FC, was the only participant... and ticket 0 won. Got my gil reimbursed, maybe I should have declined. And now placard says there was no participant in lottery and at the same time it says participants 1. Not only they screwed up with reserve 18 wards on every single housing district for FCs, but on top of it they didn't even get the lottery right...

I did not take a screenshot at the time; didnt think to as I was refunded. Plot still says that 4 participants are bidding on the lot even though I refunded my ticket.
Depending on how this happened the last ticket was also possibly unable to win the roll.

Okay so here's the problem. 6 of my FC members put a bid on plot 60 of ward 6 in Empyreum. I myself wasn't able to due to not having funds.
I and one of my FC mates checked the placard after the drawing was over to see results.
I got the message of "there were no participants" and they got the message of "the winner is 0" which shouldn't have even been an option since there were a total of 7 bids. (One had already been there when we started bidding)
What are possible next steps? Can the system be manually rerolled so our FC house might be relocated to the ishgard housing?
Same for my FC, plot had 5 bids, all 5 bids were members of our same FC across different accounts; received Winning Number #0 and then view lottery results says "there were no participants in the lottery" despite the placard also saying "Current participants: 5".

It's almost like the real lottery was whether or not your plot was bugged :\
My FC had a bunch of tickets on a plot in Empyreum ward 14 subdiv, we were the only bidders, and lost it to 0. When non-bidders check the lottery results, the dialog claims there were no participants.
I bid on lot 24 ward 21, same deal -- lost to #0 and the dialog claims no participants (I have not accepted the refund). Many FC members bid on plots in the same ward, and only 2 of them actually got their plots. The rest bugged -- no one had contested bids but all lost to #0.
I'm a patient person but honestly, it's nerve-wracking having a week-long lottery period, hoping for no one to contest your bid, only to have a sure-thing bug at the end. It's not even just a couple of people -- I've done a run through Empyreum here on Sephirot and so many placards I've clicked that have participants has the 'no participants' result message. Plus the folks on this thread.
I really hope SE will find a way to honour the current lottery.

Essentially the issue everyone else is having. We bid 5 times as FC for Empyreum Ward 11 Plot 52 on OMEGA. On lottery drawings, the entry #0 was the winner so we can't get the plot. Also two of the entrants refunded the money by mistake thinking that some of the other 3 had won. Screenshot for reference.
Some people might argue that a rollback will heavily upset people, but many are upset already so what are the next (I hope early) steps? The ideal would be to just redo the lottery without letting any new participations; or maybe rollback JUST the bugged plots.

Our FC put in the only 4 bids for a Large and we got 0 as winner. The other 2 large houses in our ward had the same problem. There's no way this is intentional.

The only 2 Participants were myself and a friend from the FC but #0 won, both cannot claim the plot at all.

I, stupidly, accepted the money back because I assumed #0 Winning was a visual bug like the Ward and Plot Numbers being mixed up in the Lottery confirmation message.
I'll happily throw away Gil in a way determined by GMs etc if it means I'll get the plot
