Alright, finally posting in here since I just put in a bid to relocate my FC from Lavender Beds to Ishgard.
1. Are you trying to relocate your FC house?
Yes.
2. Did you buy the FC house or was the FC house bought by someone else?
No, I did not buy the FC house; my friend in the FC bought it.
3. Do you own a private on the same server?
Yes.
4. Do you own any other private or FC houses on other servers?
No. I just have my personal on Cactuar and my FC house.
5. Are your FC members able to put in a lottery ticket for the FC?
My friend that purchased the plot was going to put in a bid ticket on one of their alts since they wanted to relocate their personal, and you can’t do both during a single lottery. Before ever attempting to put in a bid for relocation, they attempted the FC bid. It did not allow their alt to place a bid.
UPDATE: They decided to forsake relocating their personal because the plots they wanted had too much competition, and the system allowed their main to put in a ticket, but would not allow their alt—who does not own any houses or anything. Their main bought our original plot back in 4.2.
6. Are you able to put in a lottery ticket to relocate the FC on your alts?
Yes. I was able to submit a ticket on my alt character.
However, regarding question 5—a friend of ours was attempting to relocate their FC house to Ishgard. Their main character purchased the plot and was the FC master; they could not put in a ticket. However, their alt character was able to put one in. So this “person who bought the original plot can’t put in a ticket” seems inconsistent.
