i find soteria and pepsi is the 2 i almost hardly use unless am feeling to press more buttons. kerachole with physis or ixa is already stupid powerful pepsi should be like dt of sch or ye just reworked. why should i break my big oh my god i cover my entire hp bar or dps hp bar or half of a tank hp bar with huge shield that then may not even smash. zoe with physis and krasis and a crit e diago yum tank buster taste good as a healer big fat 0
I've been thinking for a while now (dangerous, I know) but what if Square made pepsis do the literal opposite of what is does now. Right now it turns shields into health. What if it turned health into shields? First up it would actually give SGE a shield button to use and secondly it would be a button you'd have to think to use. It wouldn't just magically fix anything but it would allow you to then heal the "damage" you'd inflicted meaning that you could time it in conjuction with a heal like ixo to create powerful shields just before a large hit. Then in addition with Kera you could put quite a dent in aoe damage. Maybe it would be too powerful I'm not sure. It'd give people a reason to press the button though. It'd also incentivise proactive rather than reactive play.

Pepsis is stronger in the trums of healing. Because the Shild has a HP 100 (for Eur. Prognosis) + 350 HP for Pepsis. Thats is 30 more HP than the shild alone. In AoE healing it could be good and if you have to heal a LD from DRK than you can use thos wit Eu. Diagnosis. You need a tool for that. Pepsis is in the same nishe like Synastry from the AST. Sometimes usefull but not use often. But I saw the power at the savage raid atm.
But I understand the biggest part that want a remake. =)
Personally think Sage is damn near perfect, only thing Id love would be an addersgall skill that gives you an addersting. Whether its just a skill that coverts a gall to sting or a shield that need to be broken or something id be happy, im just not a huge fan of having to overheal for the MP...
Toxicon needs to be buffed. Right now you have no incentive to use it. Either double the potency or make it an OGCD like Alphinaud's is. Because right now toxicon is worth half a dosis and worth a little more than half a dyskrasia, since it requires a setup GCD to use it.
Outside of that it needs a massive expansion to the DPS kit to make it not boring 1spam, but that's a problem every single healer has and based on Yoshi "Just go play ultimate lol" P's takes and stance on healers, that's never going to happen. So all I can hope for is a toxicon buff I guess.

But can I request/wish the developers indicates the current stack of Addersgall on the status as a buff? Like the way they did for Scholars/Summoners.
I think it's a great touch to allow your party mates to see how much stacks you have left.
ah one last thing incarus.. idk why i would wanna use it to zoom on boss or mobs instead of a teamate and i feel its range need to be bigger and not delay when you land similar to blms. not sure what the range their tele thing is but ye that but overall glad i got my wish for a healer to have a gap closer haha please let it do damage to boss or mobs then if we are able to gap close em even if a mere 100 potency heh
Honestly I just hate current healer design entirely and there’s not much they could do to sage that I’d love to see without reworking the entire role. That said, my idea for changing SGE to be a little more interesting, at least offensively, follows:
1. Phlegma has 3 charges
2. Addersting is generated from using adder’s gall or casting any GCD heal
3. Toxicon reduces the cooldown of phlegma.
This would at least be something approximating a rotation and would let GCD heals not feel terrible.
A few other ideas I have for changes to SGE’s heal kit:
Physis is no longer a regen. Now, physis applies kardia to all party members within 15y and lasts 15 seconds. More thematic than practical but it would still generally have the same effect and would play more into the “heal by dps-ing” theme. This would also let you use soteria more than 0 times during a fight. Also maybe consumes an addersgall?
Kerachole isn’t a damage mit with a regen anymore, it’s now a damage mit with a shield a little less potent than E.Prognosis.
