I get it about the design... But what is the reasoning behind not making it dyeable? It's literally more money for them, because it instantly make those attractive to a broader audience, like myself.
I would actually buy most of the Scions outfits if they were dyable to begin with. But I only went for the ones with hairstyles.
this outfit set is genuinely pathetic lmao, buggy, copy paste, body morphing, non dyable, gender locked, non calamity tradable sets, for 12 dollars EACH
The fact anyone can sit here and defend it and pretend we should be grateful to have mediocre items shoveled out for a quick buck is pretty sad tbh.
there definitely are, it's just that any time one like this is released people immedately jump to defend it with the same old tired "but you don't HAVE to get it" as if that's not already known
i'm well aware i don't have to get it, and i won't, simple as that, but the feedback *Should* still be valuable as to why x player dislikes it, and people just... won't accept that for some reason.
As far as the set in question goes, I was somewhat tempted initially, then I thought "Eh, I'll snag it at a later date." I'm glad I didn't though because the male proportions are god awful. Easily the worst I've ever seen in regards to anything in game or on the store.
They could just go to the root of the problem, for the ones that package those assets for the store team... I suppose mapping the textures for the dyes shouldn't be as onerous? Dunno, I'm not a modeller so someone else would have to shed some light onto that.
Plus isn't like it's an impossible thing, after all they made Krile's hood with one dyeable bit.

None of the female version seem to be bad, nor does it distort the female lala body shape. The male version however.... that poor Hrothgar.
What does that have to do with anything? At least those would look good on females if they were implemented(which btw there’s numerous female scion outfits and edda for you). This is ridiculous that it came out this way for the male version of the outfit.
You have to like dungarees and I don't like that.
If only it was in two pieces at least, top and bottom, it would have been interesting to glam.
Here we just have a dungarees that does everything but the helmet.

You too buy a metal dungarees...
Your feedback would be to the devs, not other players. They don't matter as far as your feedback is concern. That said, they can also have their own feedback to the devs.
For my part, I'm ok either way. If it's not something I like, it saves me money. If it's something I like, I get it. So it's a win-win either way for me. In this case, I've decided to purchase it on one female character. If all I had were male characters, then this would be a no sale for me, and that's fine too.
It matches my character's look almost perfectly. It would have been nice if it was dyeable but I won't complain. It would have also been nice to use without removing other gear but no worries, it still makes for nice looking town wear.
Am absolutely in love with this outfit. If this trend continues, hopefully they can release Gaia's as well someday. I'm not concerned whether it is a one-piece or undyeable so long as the texture quality remains high like this one.
Oh gosh, Stick legs!

No complains from my side. Maybe it fits the smallest races (Au Ra and Lalas) the best.

Great from every angle lmfao I'm dying
Could someone post screenshots of the male version on a lalafell. I wanna know what kind of distortion it inflicts upon the body.
I don't agree with so many people saying "they're too busy", I'm sorry. This game is the number one MMO worldwide, so there's no excuse why they continue to cut corners to max their profit. No hairstyles, no seperate pieces, undyeable and one piece per gender (not combined in case you fantasia to the opposite gender) is just plain WRONG. I am baffled by this decision. At BARE minimum, this set should be dyeable. SE lost my money because I also would have purchased it in a heartbeat if it weren't for these pathetic restrictions. This game was released in 2013, we are now in 2022- we shouldn't be going backwards.
is it just me or do we get "skinnier" wearing the outfit??

There you go lmao
Bought the female version and love it. I was skeptical at first because I'm a tall Highlander and wasn't sure how it was going to look. But surprisingly, it works.
I beg every day that we can get a high heel that doesn't add 10 inches to your feet. Those walrus flippers..
If you use it as a glamour plate I believe you can wear all normal armor? At least it seemed that way to me or else I healed a leveling without those pieces o.O
OMG, My bad. I've been using items directly to glam over gear. I've never actually used the glamour dresser so I didn't know you could do this. THANK YOU SO MUCH for alerting me to this. I guess this gear really can be used in combat environments!
Even if you are glamouring directly with prisms, all you need to do is apply the one-piece glamour suit to your body gear and it overwrites all the other pieces as well. It doesn't prevent you from equipping gear in the other slots; it just prevents them from being visible.
But yes, the glamour dresser is far better for managing glamours that you want to reapply regularly.
Male midlander-based Omega Suit speaks skinny legend...
your complaint of them being the same seems to imply reading isnt your strong suit given it is in the name of (insert NPC name) outfit.
Looks great on my Au Ra. Even got a compliment from random who was surprised that it can look good after all.
Pale skin and ponytail work wonders. I knew that old vampire skin finds it's purpose at some point lol.
Hopefully third party fixes the giant shoes (too long). No way her tiny feet are so long. 2b boots had the same design issue.
