They do. The PvP tournament held during EU Paris Fanfest had New Zealand listed in the allowed participants list while half of EU wasn't allowed to take part in EU tournament :p (Sadly I don't think there were any NZ participants)Quote:

would anyone suggest this? no, because frankly its a dumb, disruptive idea. the OP's idea isnt as disruptive, but its not the best idea and goes beyond gatekeeping to simply "foreigners stay away". for years the community in NA, JPN and EU welcomed people from the OCE region, and this is their suggestion to lock the servers so OCE people get first dibs.
