If we're lucky, we might see some emergency fixes after the first week or two of savage if there's enough complaints and a big enough disparity in class usage.

No adjustments to Healers at all.
Guess I'll just stick with my MNK.
Glad Reaper was mostly untouched. Expected potency nerfs.
Probably next patch will see Healer/Tank changes.

No. After heavensward, SE committed to never changing jobs until a new tier/raid is in progress. So, they might change mid patch cycle if there's no new ultimate and no new savage raid, but obvious that doesn't apply to 6.0x. It might apply to 6.1 if they don't release an ultimate.
Reaper still overpowered, ninja and dancer still trash, as expected, they really don't play their own game.
You had to use both raijus back to back before, and with both of them being gap closers it created awkward situations where trying to use raiju would put you in danger of getting hit by mechanics due to both the animation lock and forced movement.
Now you can choose to either use a gap closer raiju if you actually need the movement or one that doesn't move you.
Overall it just frees up NIN's movement a lot and also means you don't have plan your mudra usage around mechanics as much.
I mean...we already had an emergency hotfix to NIN's potencies in the middle of 5.0 due to it being in a phenomenally awful spot.
They said they wouldn't make significant changes to jobs mid-raid like revamping how a job plays akin to what they did with putting NIN's mudras on the GCD in 5.1.
Not even going to cry about bloodweapon... (give it charges, maybe someday.) But at least... DRK rrrreally needed a boost to it's overall physical mitigation. It's the worst, when i play all the other tanks, then go back to Drk, it's a bit of an exagerration but i feel like i wear paper with this one. It just became the offtank default to bring damage and that's it.
Not even a mention of audio issues.

Yes. 6.01 made it dramatically worse for some people, myself included, and other people who didn't have the bug before suddenly had it after. You're the first person I've seen who said the patch fixed it. There's an 80 page thread in the Technical Support forum that Square has almost completely ignored. All of this aside, I've actually been having a harder time healing (during lv 90 dungeons, at least.. though I imagine that will change as people get better gear) so I don't.. feel like healers are in a godawful place? Whats the supposed problem? Er.. Warriors aside, at least. I can die and they just.. keep going.
That aside, I do think DRK could use some form of heal or mitigation - that, or unlink the heal cooldown.
The tome gear is basically based on the Radiant Host's NPCs if you noticed their gear (at least the striking one ir maiming) but I like the caster one

Class changes are meh, tome gear is ugly. I want less heavyarmor for my tanks, instead they keep giving heavy armor for all classes. Eh.
At least some furniture items are nice.
Dungeons are braindead easy to heal now, especially with all of the new tank and dps heals and mitigation. EW leveling dungeons were beyond easy compared to shb leveling dungeons and even just healing the extremes is a cakewalk even though they went on record saying we’d be healing more in endwalker. So not only are we healing less especially because tanks have crazy heals and mitigations but there was nothing addressed in regards to making the dps on healers a little more flavorful.
Savage shouldn’t be the only place where healing is somewhat heavy. Compare shb leveling dungeons to endwalker leveling dungeons and it’s night and day. They said we would be needing to heal more period. We haven’t seen that at all yet so it’s a blatant lie. If it’s purely savage that isn’t us healing more, that’s us healing less than in ShB.
Tome gear looks interesting, wonder how it dyes. Glamour gear looks like something a shopkeeper in Gridania would wear XD

I don't know why people are mad about Reaper. Someone has to be at the top. :) Surely one heal is not a reason why only MCH/BLM/SAM should always dominate the rankings.

Can’t wait for week 1 DNC/RPR healer parties. Do the devs just genuinely not care that an entire role in their game is defunct? Like literally functionless lol.
Also Summoners are literally going to be banned from going into raids by most statics. I mean, it brings literally nothing a Red Mage doesn’t and has way less dps. SMN has ‘mobility’ I guess but lol at the ‘mobility’ argument.
Also maybe I’m wrong but the fact there are 0 healer changes whatsoever besides Fey Union being longer range means White Mage and Astrologian are out and Scholar + Sage is the new meta pair. Astrologian has cards so it can at least argue ‘but muh rDPS’ and then the static healers have to fight to the death, loser takes AST. White Mage may as well be invisible at this point. What exactly is it supposed to offer? Dps? That’s Sage. Raid buffs? Nope, that’s Astrologian. Defensive buffs? Scholar. But it’s ok because Litany of the Bell will clearly make White Mage a top pick for Savage (sarcasm)
The audio stutter from 6.0 has not been fixed and is not even listed as a known issue. Disgusting.
