If there's one thing I've learned is that the people that would drive us to create community outside of the general population have absolutely no concept of the reasons why we would want them. They literally can not understand our point of view because their experiences in life have taught them that life is, well, actually pretty easy in regards to how people treat them. There's no wounds for them to heal from, and if we mention our wounds (that most often people like them have given us) they will refuse to believe they exist, and belittle us for claiming them. All while openly mocking us, because when someone is saying they need healing they'd rather try to wound them more.

The best thing to do is point it out, and then let them wallow in their muck.

Agreed, Im also starting to think that it would be best if the GMs started locking threads here more often. It's getting old seeing such hateful bait left to rot. People do it because they know they can get away with it.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean that you don't face consequences for your actions. When you threaten the peaceful existence of others in any space, be it real life, or virtual, you inhibit a persons right to be left alone regardless of sexuality, gender identity, race, religion, etc.

With every thing that causes twitter ire, there is usually some justification somewhere. People don't just get mad for no reason. The reasons may get distorted and out of control at times, but there absolutely is truth somewhere in any amount of backlash. I dislike cancel culture as much as the rest of us, but if all you can complain about is that, you're not asking the real questions. The real cure to cancel culture is the promotion of cultural understanding between all individuals, and to pave a way for more peace. Being peaceful means listening to one another, having heart to hearts, and exchanging empathy and knowledge. I never see empathy from people complaining about cancel culture. I only see whining about how they faced consequences. The sooner people stop attacking others for being sensitive and trying to be inclusive of others, then the better. There is no sense in attacking people who are trying their darnest to be good people and speak of the plights of others. No sense at all.

I sincerely understand the rapid pace of change in the world, and that some of this information is very overwhelming for people who had an otherwise limited point of view. I know when change happens quickly it can be hard to understand, especially if you were raised to believe otherwise. I truly humbly understand, but resisting the ever flow of change is not going to help anyone. No one is threatening anyone directly just for what creed they belong to, unless that creed is hateful and bad to fellow human beings. It will always be consequences that lead to the distain of a person or group of people that they belong to.

Take Neil Patrick Harris for example he is gay and does not make a fuss about it. He is a total cool guy and Actor and it is totally cool that he is gay. But people like you need to dress and behave in a way so you get everyones attention and everyone should know how bad people treat you because you are the poorest people in the World and in your opinion everyone treat you bad especially "CIS" (i hate this Terminus and i feel offended everytime anybody use it) - because they are the enemies in your dumb ideology.
