Go ahead and rate it a 0-1. It's not gonna persuade the people that like the game to quit. The problems going on are because the game is good and a lot of ppl want to play.

I feel like this is such a disingenuous way to rate a game. The queues are the way they are because hundreds of thousands of people want to play the game. The game itself is great and giving a low score because the line is so long that sometimes the server forgets your place is such an odd thing.
It's like rating a nightclub horrible because it's so popular you can't get in, even though when you do get in it's an amazing experience and you're given wonderful treatment.
You don't get 2002'd on any ol' day.
As trash as the log in problem it's a 7/10 game.may drop to 6 after I see the raids.
"everyone review bomb the company that makes a game because I can't play and I have a guy who can sell that thing that multi billion dollar companies can't get a hold of because I have contacts. I am totally not lying and am business man in the same business so I know what I am talking about."
.. It's like a 10 year old wrote a Karen post.

Sorry but if you were as you claim to be then you would know that different types of servers are used for different types of data storage and transfer. SE can't just use any whatever servers they find. It's not that simple. Your post is basically saying "Hey I got loads of spare shoes! Come and get them!" when all you have are size 5 and the person needs a size 7.
You probably don't even know exactly what sort of server hardware SE uses so how would you even know that you have what they need?
I'm Commander Shephard and this is my favourite troll thread on the Citadel.
No they shouldn't.
The long queues have nothing to do with the actual quality of the expansion which has been superb. Not once have I had issues while playing the game.
That doesn't make sense though. The game is good. While the queues are terrible its not going to stay that way. We've likely just experienced the worse weekend, and each week queue times will start drifting back to normal.
Imagine a really good movie comes out its so good everyone wants to go however some people won't be able to make it the first week especially on the weekend.
Most people have jobs and want to play on prime time thats true for nearly everything in life. Looks like those souls working 2nd and 3rd shift finally come out ahead for once.
Also I'm curious what alternative most people would want? We already had one content delay was the answer to stay in shadowbringers til they were absolutely ready for dealing with a one or two week queue period. Would you honestly want to sit in shadowbringers for another potentially 6 months? It's not like they had a hidden extra shadowbringers patch waiting in the wings for us. Any actions to resolve the issue to the complete satisfaction would have taken significant time.
Queues will get better relatively quickl, and catching up doesn't take much time if anything compared to most other mmorpgs in the market.
SE are not being dishonest, it's an industry problem. As referenced here, here and here.
The quoted lead time is 52 to 70 weeks. So I find their claim incredibly plausible and they've given me no reason to think they're lying. They've always added servers when they've needed them before, IIRC the last was in 2019, not long before the semi-conductor shortage started being a thing...and this is the only thing about the situation that's changed here...plus COVID, restrictions are a thing.
If you can get the servers these businesses need, why aren't you reaching out to them? Mate, they're willing to pay a premium above what they would normally pay, you could make good bank.
Either you're talking out of your butt or you have servers but not any that meet their specifications and requirements.
And then you add this line "they'd not accept them because they're liars", I'm calling BS here. Your first post is literally you imploring them to contact you to make a sale...whilst insulting them and calling them liars, great business professionalism by the way, calling potential customers liars...despite you know, an industry-wide problem.
So if you REALLY do have what they need to the specification and requirements they need and given their willingness to pay more than they need to...why the hell wouldn't you try contacting them first before making a thread about it insulting them?
"I give this game 1 stars out of 5 because there are so many people playing it that i struggle to get into the servers. Definitely a bad game, do not play"
Most people read positive and negative reviews. Often its the negative reviews that pique my interest in a game. When the negative review for an MMO is "It has an absurdly massive population to the point the servers are buckling", thats a pretty good indication that the game is worth playing, So the OP is just making things worse unless he tries to lie about the quality of the game itself lol
I highly doubt that the leader of a software business would act this childish on a gaming forum... Look I get you're upset you haven't been able to play when you want, but part of being an adult is realizing that hey, playtime isn't as available and sporadic as it was before.
Oh, and before you use the "I paid money, I deserve a working product" line, no one is forcing you to stay subscribed. If you can't login because of queues, why would you keep spending your money on something you can't/don't use?
