You are thinking of Phlegma III (Pneuma II doesn't exist) and that's a GCD. Sage doesn't have any oGCD damage spell.

SCH in 5.0 was bad. I had hope for it with the SMN rework but it seems that SCH really got the short end of the stick.

i'm sad to see that WHM has been opted to keep the dia/glare aesthetic. Yesterday, I could not shut up to my friends about how SMN stole white mage's stone V. At least what appears to be the trait upgrade for holy looks pretty. I'm just unsure why I was ever hyped or expecting something fresh and new for healer kits. woo. divine benison upgrade. woo. earthly star but it's for white mage. yeaaaaah.

on review, Lord of Crowns appears to be an AoE damaging OGCD.

Note that upon using it, the bomb gets the animation stagger associated with direct damage impact.

A similar stagger (and potential debuff) occurs during Starfall, while the Buff application applies to the Reaper.
