Hamlet Defense Completed

Ok so...

3 Blue pots (Phlegmatic humours) = decreased hp for all enemies

3 Pink pots (Sanguine humours) = decreased attack for all enemies

3 Green pots (Melancholic humours) = sleep on some enemies

1 of each colour pot = Emnity reset.

1 crafter, 1 gatherer, 3 blm, 2 whm, 1 warrior. 20kish points for winning at Rank 2. I spam HP down until boss pops, use it once on him. Going to experiment with sleep on adds after HP down on boss.

We didn't win with a setup of 1 miner, 1 weaver, 1 Warrior, 1 Paladin, 1 Black Mage, 1 Bard, 2 White mages.

Tips:

Crafters, your buffs are MILITIA ONLY, however, your militia are strong if you keep them buffed so dont be afraid to do this, especialy cycling through defense and regen(to keep them aliv without using your own healing), attack works well when you dont have a new wave incoming or the boss is up

Gatherers: your debuffs are defense down, hp down, and sleep, top one is defense, middle one is hpm, bottom is sleep

Beat it, managed to get 6000 points the first time (We lost like all the NPCs), 12000 the second time, 18000 the third time.

monsters are level 56

2/2 now. Our first try we won without loosing the first line. Our second run we won with 25k points. We lost the first line in that one.

I was the #15 provisioner for Durandal. I completed the round and we scored above 33,000 with no deaths. My "special reward" was a piece of dark matter. The only item that dropped in our group was dark matter.

I spent about 12-16 hours and about 272,000 gil for a piece of grade 5 dark matter. You realize how many stacks of grade 5 dark matter I collected today and yesterday?

If other top provisioners don't get something better I have a feeling we'll never see rank 2 again.

It's pathetic that the game is essentially demanding obscene hours of straight attention if you want to be a top provisioner, and then to hit you with dark matter?

militia wristlets

I was 14th in the Supply Rating and got Militia Wristlets from the Captain as individual reward too.

Anyone know if the points you get for winning add towards the provisioner's list or is that set once the supply phase is over?

Yup mobs are kicking our ass on Sargatanas.

With DoL, how long do the debuffs last?　Is it best to wait for the symbol (to the right of a completed set) to dissapear? Or continue gathering straight away?　I found that when I turned in the fourth set of 3, the symbol to the right dissapearえd (was the fourth set of 3x red potions). Is it better to do 3x Red, then move onto a dif colour?

Was pretty fun, a bit disappointing for rewards but a good content addition to the game. Hope to see it expand in the future.

Definitely can see alot of potential in this one, pretty fun encounter. Although i was hoping score would be token-like where you would exchange gears.

I'm not looking forward to grinding out 100 Hamlet Defense battles to get one Militia Belt or Trousers or Earrings or Choker.

Do you have to be in top 20 to get Militia drops?

pls post pics of militia gear as they drop.

When the event is completed, everyone gets a chance at a reward from the chest.

If you are in top 20, you get a 2nd reward chance as well, by talking to the captain.

That appears to be the primary advantage of top 20, a 2nd shot at... dark matter. lol. Well, most of the time, at least.

quick question to the people who have gotten gear. did it go directly into your backpack or did it make a stop over in your loot list?

it goes to inventory but it's only unique, you can trade it to someone or put it in bazaar
