Sounds like it's time for me to whine at them again and beg for dungeon tokens, mount token style for hand in for guaranteed loot piece. I've spent waaaay too long grinding St Morcainne's Abortoreum for the aiming gloves to no avail.

I cant say Bugged or Broken. Just there are so many Gear drops that you are way more likely not to get what you want.
Plus the Dungeon drops Accessories, so the RNG is even worse because you are likely to get those over other gear.

I cant say how many times Ive run this dungeon...but I can tell you the 1st boss is likely to drop a Belt and a accessory. Sometimes an accessory and gloves or boots
The 1st chest on your way will drop an accessory, and the 2nd has a Chance it will drop a helm or gloves.
2nd Boss drops either a helm, gloves or boots
1st chest along the way has a chance of dropping gloves, a chest, pants or boots otherwise accessory.
Last chest along the way will ALWAYS drop an accessory
And the Finalboss with either Drop Pants (giggity) or a Chest guaranteed

This has been MY luck running it. And Ive run it enough that Ive capped weekly tomes on it alone.

The android boots of Aiming that dropped from Tower’s Breach Nier Raid , i got out rolled by other class that can use it lol i dont feel like repeating and grinding for it but ya know it is what it is. There was a ivalice mask for Aiming from i think it was Ridorana Lighthouse raid or the other one but i got out rolled too LOL the struggles man hahaha yeeeesh xD i know the feels of grinding for the specific glams lmao

Still sad the lovely tops from that dungeon is stuck with butt-capes and oversized belts...

For some reason I guess RNG and just Drop Programing was ALOT Nicer to me in Cosmos.
EVERYTHING I wanted and needed dropped in Higher Rates.

I'm re-farming it for my alt and its no where near as bad as the drop rate for Darklight healer pants in Ampdapor keep!

Aaah, reminds me of that one time I kept farming for the BRD's Lost Thief pants and they never dropped. I must've run the 2 dungeons that drop it way over 60 times to get it. I legit saw every single piece multiple times and never the one I was after. It's aaaalmost like RNG knows. And what's more painful is that the first time the pants dropped after countless runs, I was so happy that my agony was over that I totally forgot we had a first timer watching the cutscene at the end and I left before they rolled on the loot. Was a sad, sad day (T_T).

EDIT :D ...So, I feel a bit entitled to generalize, but I think what most people just want with these post-leveling dungeons is kinda miniscule way to manipulate the odds of acquiring these geapieces for the X job they want them for.
Not, like, gutting the grind completely.
No one wants this stuff to be "just handed" to them. Some of us go... this far, some of us give up. I have given up before with other similar glamour wants.
I think that the fact that most of us are doing it for glamour is interesting. Important? Telling?
For example, I dare to believe that people gearing bis for ultimate too might appreciate the better chances of getting what they want in timely manner. On flip side obviously there is far better ways to grab some catch up gear, marketboard comes to mind.

Would be really cool if the game's end-expansion dungeons offer bonus pieces like leveling dungeons do.

At some point of my forum dwelling here, for once I shared an opinion with another that they never intend to add a guaranteed loot at the end of run because they want to prolong the lives of these capstone dungeons... which is something that I will never understand. There's a capstone dungeon roulette for that...

Reminds me of plague doctor PTSD that still haunts me to this day; I was only saved because my retainer was smart to know what I was looking for exactly, ending my 60+ runs of that HW capstone dungeon without getting the piece I wanted.

I just want to have something OTHER than Pagl'than for my daily leveling roulette for a change.
