Yes, and they still changed it. This gear itemization is clearly a mistake.

I don't understand why certain people are content with a class not being able to do their intended rotation... I get that its something that mains of other classes can't get their head around as much because pretty much all others tend to stack crit. Do you think it is fair that a class needs to lose 1 WD and some vit just to be able to do their rotation when compared to other classes? If your answer is yes, then I think everyone can see the reasons for your post here.
