Mage's Ring should outperform Zircon +1 for all spells save Thundara, unless you have some kind of absurdly low base INT (which I'm not even sure is possible).
I find that anything less than 485~490+ net m.acc will result in the occasional resist against bosses, which can completely tank your DPS when you get one mid-combo. I've peaked at ~184 DPS against Mistress and typically end the fight around 135-140 DPS without BV Minuet or BV Ballad, using Buttons in a Blanket, unless I need to chaingun sleeps on Hearty Victuals. Our MNKs are mostly averaging around 145-155+ (with BV Paeon, which also helps the tank's DPS).

I will actually disagree about the ring question. I prefer double Zircon+1. Mage's ring will outperform Zircon +1 on Tier1 nukes (Stone, Aero, Blizzard, Thunder, Fire, Holy), but not any upper tier spells (Fira, Firaga, Thundara, Thundaga, Freeze, Aerora, Stonega). It's close either way though.

Oh, I didn't know that applied for the -ga's as well. That would definitely change my prioritization.

So... just for clarification +1 int ring is better then the +15 att mag ring? I is confused.

+18 INT gives +4.5 MATK, so when comparing the 2 rings, you are actually comparing...
Mage's Ring = +10.5 MATK
Zircon Ring +1 = +18 INT
When you compare these 2, Zircon Ring +1 should win on everything but Tier1 and Holy. I unfortunately cannot give you hard #s though. I hold the mage's ring for CNJ/WHM nuking though.
