Does anyone know why they are removing Gil from collectibles in 5.2?

It takes considerably more time before DoH/L bots are able to start generating profits as they're gated behind both MSQ progression and DoH/L levels, unlike the conventional gil farmers who are ready to go full farm mode as soon as they're done with the ARR MSQ.

That said, the former could be kept in check if they adopted an investigation routine that actually caught them with some semblance of frequency...and they need to if they don't want the Ishgard Restoration rankings to be a joke.

Sellers lose a percentge off the mb for anything that gets sold. I've eaten ~10mil+ in fees off just cloudsbreath, onion, and meerkat sales since 2020 started. Crafted gear and raid consumables account for another chunk of it.

this person likes to stir the pot about housing while owning over an entire ward worth of plots. don't bother with him, there is literally no way to logically talk to him.

I never noticed collectables rewarding gil. All I cared about was the number of scrips I got from each one.
