Easter event broken?

There are no hats right, all the achivements are for rings.

Yeah, there are no achievements for them but you can get hats if you didn't get them from last year's event.

Wish I had of known I could do the hats I missed last year during break; could have saved me some Gil. xD lol Oh well...kill Spriggans get eggs be happy YAY!

I figured out how to get the common items. If you give them combinations like these, then you get the following items. If you repeat an Egg Ring combination but you already have it, you'll be given the stated item. Choose any kind of Fancy or Color egg for each slot.

10 Ginger Cookies (Base: Pristine Egg Ring)
- Fancy
- 3x Plain Color A
- 2x Plain Color B

Odd Egg (Base: Vibrant Egg Ring)
- Fancy
- 2x Color A
- 1x Color B
- 1x Color C
- 1x Color D

10 Apple Tarts (Base: Brilliant Egg Ring)
- Fancy
- 3x Color A
- 1x Color B
- 1x Color C

10 Bubble Chocolates (Base: Midnight Egg Ring)
- Fancy
- 2x Color A
- 2x Color B
- 1x Color C

I noticed when I was doing the event last night that sometimes a cave would just stop respawning Spriggans. Not sure if it's a bug or what, but I checked back a few times over the night and they never respawned again. It was the cave by Camp Tranquil for reference.

Also, it appears that someone thought it would be funny to delete a large portion of that Google Doc :/ Hopefully someone has a backup.

Same exact thing happened to me.

Only seen one Shuffling Spriggan by Tranquil.

In Mist whatever cove I killed all spriggans in 1 room and they wouldn't re-spawn until I went to a different room and killed those.

Oh hey Isaac? I wanted to add another reward you gt from turning in the "secret" combo; 10 Shepherd's Pies. Got those after turning in the painted egg and red and green eggs for the FW display. I couldn't get the bullet point to work and after seeing that the doc got partially erased the other night I didn't want to mess it up so letting you know here. !

Note: Don't expect to get your ring from the pot itself. Instead after you put the 3 Odd Eggs into the Hatching Pot, you talk to the NPC next to the pot to get the Chocobo Egg Ring.

They alternate between 2 or 3 spawn areas. As you kill them in one area, less and less pop in that same area and more pop in the others.

Even if you have not unlocked the event achievement category, it is retroactive. If you earned the achievement before unlocking the event achievement category you will get it when you do finally unlock the category. In your log you will see all of them list at once according to whatever you earned.
