Have you had any FFXIV dreams before?

I once had a dream that involved several FemRoes. After things happened they helped me kill the Scions. It was a good dream.

I've had a couple of FFXIV dreams lately, but I only remember one clearly.


I had turned into my WoL, was decked out in my Astrologian gear, and I was running the Vault with some random people except the Vault was a lot bigger than it actually is in game. There were more paths and way more mobs leading up to Ser Adelphel. So, the tank starts pulling way too much, I can't keep up at all so she dies to the mobs. The dream kinda skips to our second attempt except we're closer to where the boss is this time, but the tank went down again. Another skip, we're fighting the boss and suddenly I'm not my WoL anymore. Then, next thing I know, Ser Adelphel is kissing me while the rest of the team stands around the arena awkwardly.


It was such a weird dream.

I've had dreams where I've been in the world of ffxiv most of them after a new patch or expansion has just come out. Can't remember them though but I've had them.

Can't think of any ff 14 specific dreams, though it's become quite common for my dreams to feature the orange ground markers I need to get out of before something bad happens.

As for FF11...

Running from a Bogy in the store I work at.
Driving to Giddeus to fight Romulans. (Seriously, wtf!?)
Leveling BST by taming stegosaurs to attack clowns.

This topic is pretty old but yes, i dreamed of Estinien three times and of G'raha Tia once. I'll explain it, but sorry for my english, i'm not a native.

The first dream with Estinien: i sat in an office and suddenly Estinien with his full blood red armor was behind me. He was also sitting. I greated him, asked him how he feels. He said "i'm fine, thanks".

The second dream with Estinien: we visited an old church with a school class. I've been a part of it. Suddenly Estinien appeared and walked through a room in the church full of picnic tables, where many kids where sitting. The space between the tables was tight. But Estinien walked through there like a lightweight, as if balancing. Just his typical walk.

The third dream with Estinien: we where somewhere in the open world, looked a little like Dravania. I wanted to put on my own dragoon armor (like Estiniens armor from Heavensward), but i've been so slow, that Estinien got annoyed. Then two guys in a car appeared, they wanted to kill me with the car. So i just killed them instead, before they could kill me.

The dream with Raha is too long. I'll just push it through google translate. Hope it makes sense.
I dreamed of G'raha Tia. We sat together on a couch and chatted, at one point he briefly listened to metal music with headphones. He wore them very oddly. No wonder, Miqote's ears are very high on their heads. I totally enjoyed the time with him. When I had to go to the doctor, he also accompanied me. He was very calm and composed, but also charismatic. I just loved being with him. He calmed me down passively.

I had a cruel dream with body parts of dead Miqote, that were stored by some forensics in small boxes, to identify other corpses. Eeeew! Poor cats. Those were mostly eyes. Imagine real eyeballs in small boxes, in the hand of a guy, trying to solve the murder case.

All of my dreams have been playing the game with QoL improvements, or making blunders in Duty Finder (one of which happened in real life a few weeks after the dream).

I usually do, but not in the last recent days. They're usually a heavily expanded version of FFXIV's world with some weird little additions and nonexistent areas that I can't really pint point where they would actually be im the game.

Like, I often go running around in this weird city hub thats like a mixture of Camp Drybone, the Black Bush Station with massive tree roots running through and connecting all of it. And all of this is out in the middle of a massive desert that looks nothing like Ul'dahs!

I had a dream that Square Enix released the fourth expansion to the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, now featuring an expanded free trial where you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 for free with no restrictions on playtime and they named it Endwalker. In this expansion, all of my favorite characters died and had their memories disrespected and all my least faves kinda.... existed, I guess. Yeah.



...........Wait.

Nope...and I've played a LOT. I did however once dream I was riding a motorcycle through downtown in my hometown of Missouri...

the motorcycle being nothing but a pillow with invisible wheels and handlebars.

Sometimes I wonder how my brain just comes up with such weird things.

It's funny how many ppl suddenly answer, after i've digged out this topic 8 months after the last answer. Lol. Sorry but i really had to answer here, as i'm a "heavy dreamer", constantly writing a dream diary since november 2014. I've documented 109 dreams.

I don't usually remember my dreams. It's probably a good thing, the things I envision under my eyelids when I close my eyes are horrifying enough. I blame the hyperphantasia.

I don't usually dream about FF XIV or other video games, but when I do mine usually involve running around housing districts that don't even exist (and are way larger and insanely more detailed) trying to grab the largest house available. I think I dream about WoW way more than FF XIV, even if it's still not a lot, and that usually entails me obtaining and riding around on a rare mount I'll probably never get.

Gosh I had a dream three or so nights ago about ffxiv!
So my bf gifted me three fantasias, they held for a while now but in the dream I went a bit crazy like I used to years ago and kept changing around to various other races because I wouldn’t know what I feel like playing the most and I wasted them all and couldn’t change back to this cutie bun bun. It was a nightmare. I was very sad but thankfully it seems like she is finally the character I want :rolleyes:

I've only ever had a single dream about FFXIV in the 5+ years i've been playing, and it was coincidently just a couple weeks ago.

Nothing unique, really. Irl me was, I think, trying to figure out a new glam outfit, and I was asking the Leveilleur twins for their opinions on some stuff. Alphy wasn't interested (He was ARR Alphy, btw) while Alisaie was just kind of yelling random stuff at him, ignoring my presence.

Even so, I find it interesting that in my mind I was talking (Or, trying to at least lmao) to them like they were actual people that I knew. It's pretty interesting to me how believable writing paired with good voice acting can achieve such a feeling lol.

I had hopes and dreams for 2.0. Seeing the direction the game was moving towards from 1 2 through 1.23 and all the concept stuff for 2.0 looked super cool..

But then they threw it all away and went final world of war craft instead of final fantasy. And dreams were shattered.

I only got into the game at 2.0, but I used to watch my brother & sister talk about/play the 1.0 and I have to say, that looks incredible! Although I'm pretty sure it would melt most players' PCs lol

Yes actually, it was bizarre.

I had my second dose of the moderna vaccine and I reacted HORRIBLY to it... All the side affects came in the span of 8 hours, and came around bed time, as strange as it sounds, I had a dream while I was half-awake. Not sure if the vaccine contributed to this, but my god I have never experienced this before so I can't think of another explanation.

While half-asleep, I was looking up at the ceiling and the only way I can describe it is there was a portal to FFXIV. I was looking into Gridania, and a giant boss-like creature was attacking the place with FFXIV players dropping everywhere, being thrown across the map and was being stomped on. Some players attempted to fight the boss, and there were people teleporting in from all over Eorzea to see what was happening and to see if they could help, even GM's showed up but were all so effortlessly wiped out. But while all this was happening, in real life my boyfriend saw I was half-awake in our bedroom and trying to reach out my arm, and in that moment I can actually remember trying to reach in an attempt to grab people out of this weird portal in order to save them.

Ever had a dream that's so outrageous but at the time it feels so real? I could feel the vibrations when a character would get stomped on. The screams were so haunting and just seemed so real.

I dream about being in Balmung and doing so much ERP.

I can't say I have ever had an FFXIV dream, and that's a shame because it would be much nicer than my regularly scheduled recurring nightmares.

Had a dream last night that I was given another chance to grind for an Inferno Jacket.

Back when BLU was released, I had a dream that I was XIV streamer selected to show off the next new caster job: Gun Mage. It was a not-limited version of Blue Mage that used a limited amount of their spells and used aetheric-guns. The wore Yuna (for females) and Paine's (for males) Gun Mage outfits from X-2 with hi-tech visors. The devs even sent streamers "top secret" files with concept art, including a picture of a UFO and Pupus stamped with the message "IMPORTANT?".

I had a nightmare about Argos the other night, who was for some reason rummaging around in my neighbor's dumpster. I was just going out to get the mail, and when I went to go back into my house, Argos followed behind me. I paused, stared for a moment as he was standing on two legs like a person, and staring at me with the cursed eyes he has. So I move to close the door and he starts to contest me. Eventually, he pushes back on the door HARD and I go tumbling down the stairs. The last thing I saw before waking up was Argos leaping at me with teeth bared.

Not a wholly XIV dream, but XIV influenced.

I had a nightmare I logged in and was in gaol jail and the GM was typing gibberish, way to real bro.

I often daydream about it would be like if everyone got isekaied into the game on a large scale, ala Log Horizon.

If that happened i would go straight to idyllshire and never leave. No adventure for me, i'm gonna work in the Hard place with Zhloe and Adkiragh.

29th september:
I've been waking around in Sharlayan and at a seller i found "butter hay". Actually it wasn't hay, it was straw. The yellow hard pieces. So i dreamed of straw in butter, but it was still kind of hard partially. I tried it and it was tasty. Just imagine a bundle of straw in your hand and it's mixed up with butter. Sounds disgusting and not edible, but i tell you it really was tasty. That also fits to the good old Sharlayan food, without much taste. I never tried to eat straw but i think it tastes like nothing, so it's just pure butter taste. xD

I once dream, I can play as Dragonoid race in FF14 and they can wear any headgears and footwears functionally
but then I woke up and cry

I had a dream last night that I was playing PLD. I used Clemency just once, which resulted in my party being stunned by lightning soon after.

Weird. Must've been a warning of some kind.

Sure I dream of clearing criterion since my FC small and that's the "hard content" we are trying since we are all noobs(still on first boss). Sadly though we are weak on the DPS we are getting mechanics down but we hit enrage 3 times so just got to optimize DPS.
