Locking a boss fight is not a good system

Everyone gets only one first time, so you wait. If you dont wanna wait, dont. do. the. roulette. Because thats its purpose.

I don't care if people don't wait for me to watch cutscene. Just don't wipe while l am watching.

If the game detects a first timer, the boss should be sealed off until everyone's ready. Remove the temptation completely. Grunting scrabbling impatience is more offensive to me than the 1 minute inconvenience. Screw it, gimme enforced 10 second pull timer too. It builds good habits for everyone.
