Will there be any jumping puzzles like Kugane tower in Shadowbringers? Whilst it was frustrating due to the amount of invisible walls you had to work around, it was great content.

So, we knew that Viera and Hrothgar were gender-locked but I was disappointed to see that the hairstyles we've unlocked, some of which cost actual money, aren't able to be used on either race. Is this going to be changed? Are you going to add more styles for Hrothgar that aren't going to be locked to the face?

Ishgard housing
Could it be possible for every player to earn an instanced medium-sized house through the rebuilding Ishgard storyline? That way, no players will be left homeless if they participate, most players see Ishgard as their home, and it would be lovely if everyone could live there and not just an exclusive few.

Could we please get the old Gunbreaker sounds back? They sounded just fine and more impactful than they do now.. I'm not alone on this, or maybe make the "sounds" optional, so each player could choose which Gunbreaker Sounds he likes, more swooshy sounds, or less sword and more "club" ish. Would that be possible?

DRK has change so much is not even the same job anymore and his gameplay feels to much like warrior (delirium being a copy of inner release, ect) while our past feedback on the tank role sub-forum ask for a closer heavensward approach, can we have a official response about this and if we get changes in the future to fix this?

Will you release dungeons in 5.xx the same way as you did with Stormblood (i.e. 2 for even patches, one for odd), or will there more dungeons per patch this expansion?

I mained Astro since Heavensward(and loved Stormblood's Astro), and the rework majorly disappointed me. The new card system feels to simplified and not effective at all, and i miss all the buffs we use to have other than these small balances. Will we see the return of the old card system in 6.0 or earlier, and if we do what changes (like Spire) to the cards might happen?

With the role playing duties in ShadowBringers, you brought consolidated combos into PvE. Are there any plans to give us the option to do that for our character ?

Could we have an item that looks that the 1.0 (Blue) Onion Helm to go with the i80 Dragoon set put into the game, either for an event of the mogstation ?

With Female Gunbreakers having Lighting's pose as their weapon drawn idle stance, can we have the Blazefire Saber on the mogstation be allowed as a GNB weapon?

In 2.x PLD had the issue of having a single combo to use over and over. Now, DRK is in the same spot, on top of feeling a little bit slower than before. Could we have a second combo finisher brought back into our rotation, for example tied with a speed buff like Samurai's Shifu ?

Right now, Hrothgars must buy fantasia should they wish to change their hairstyle. Could you allow hrothgars to use the aesthetician to do that please?

Lali-Ho and a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who worked so hard on SHADOWBRINGES. It's a magnificent story and addition to FINAL FANTASY XIV. Hopefully every staff member got some vacation to recover after the launch. But my question, did you (@everyone in the panel) have time to play it yourself?

I was a bit surprised we had to level up our trusts after the main scenario was over. While not against the idea, could you make them gain more EXP per dungeon? Currently they are not a useful tool to help leveling up your character, as you gain a lot more EXP than they do. And if they are not useful to help you level up, what's the point in using or having them in the first place?

Would it be possible to lower the max ilvl sync for some story trials and raids to make them more challenging? With most players at a high ilvl, some duties that should be at least a little tricky are big push-overs. (Notably Cape Westwind, The Singularity Reactor, even The Royal Menagerie is now a lot easier than release). Many new players would expect older raids to be a bit harder than they are now, which would likely be disappointing.

Now that we're a bit after the 5.0 release, how is the team feeling about the job adjustments? Is it what was expected or do you feel there is more work to be done? The community feedback on AST has been especially intense.

Its a shame how you have butchered the Scholar job. The job no longer feels true to the arcanist origins by removing so many skills. It also feels very boring to play now. Please reverse these changes.

With the release of Shadowbringers, the number of players participating in Eureka has dropped off dramatically, which makes it pretty much impossible for someone to progress. Do you have any plans to make adjustments to Eureka so players can go back and play through that story content and acquire Eureka relics even if only playing solo or in small groups?

I wasn´t able to test the Exarch as trust, since i was doing the Mainstory with a friend and there was also no info, that we can´t use him later anymore.
Can we get the Exarch as trust or at least the possibility to play the lvl 71 dungeon with him somehow?

Currently there's nothing in the game which tells you if a boss's attack does physical or magical damage, however there are several job actions which only affect one type of damage such as Feint or Dark Mind. While you can usually guess what type of damage an attack deals, sometimes it is ambiguous. Could you implement a feature that indicates what type of damage is being dealt?

There are currently 17 battle jobs excluding Blue Mage, and between them there are 7 types of gear sets for each new raid, dungeon, or tomestone. Most sets are shared between three or four different jobs, so why is it that "Scouting" and "Maiming" sets are still only used by one job each (Ninja and Dragoon)?

What's the status on this? We've waited quite a few patches and an expansion for this.

I have wanted to ask this question for a long time. So long, in fact, that you already answered it by removing primary stat materia from the game!
So instead I would like to ask: At what point did you realize primary stat materia wasn't really working outside of vitality and made the decision to prune it?
Also Shadowbringers is awesome thanks for the great expansion!

Bonus System for FC Members
People play MMOs with their friends. If they don't play with friends, they tend to leave.
Can you establish a bonus system (either experience points, gil, or otherwise) to queue in dungeons if playing with a Free Company Member?

- 2 players of same FC queue, bonus XP or gil for playing together
I've watched hundreds of players leave this game because their friends stopped playing. Please consider this method to retain more subscriptions.

Because of weekly limits on raid loot and tomestones, it takes quite a long time to increase a single job's item level. Because of this players often feel like they are "stuck" playing as one job or role because it is their most geared. Would it be possible to add some kind of extra incentive or benefit for playing multiple jobs at level 80?

The MSQ is now extremely long and many feel that it is now too big of a barrier for new players, especially the ARR portion of the story. Many people quit the game long before reaching Heavensward content. Paid story skip items don't seem like a satisfying solution as it is counter-intuitive to spend more money on a game if you're not enjoying it, and the players who do buy them miss out on the good parts of the story. Do you have plans to revise the MSQ to make it easier for new players to get into the game, and if so when do you expect those changes might be ready?
