I am currently @ almost 70% and I started about an hour and a half ago. Should be done soon.

I find cancelling it, then restarting it works well. The patcher gets upload heavy for me and stops downloading. But sometimes i get lucky for a long interval after restarting it and im almost done now.

This thing isnt working at all!

Hows the reupoad going, patcher runs around 10kbps for me, but when this was working it was over 100kbps, need it reuploading ; ;

i guess i am gonna dl the classic way (slow torrent),the patch from the link didnt work for me for some reason.

is 288mb the correct size?

The size is 306, it's uploaded completely now. If your patch is smaller it's probably incomplete and won't work

Its working =D, previous file was copied too soon so was 305mb, this one torrented XD

Working again, if yours is any less than 306MB cancel it and start again, 306 is the right size.

Thanks for sharing the patch, the official patcher never works for me. Despite my connection being solid it always says it needs 8 or more hours to torrent the patch. Yours estimated a few minutes. ^^:

After this is finished, where do I copy this file to?

C:\Users\*username*\Documents\MY Games\Final Fantasy XIV\downloads\ffxiv\48eca647\patch

This^^ works for me too :)

If you go into My documents>My Games > FFXIV > Downloads...there will be two oddly numbered patches the one with the 4 is the one you want, click that go into metainfo, and click the patch that has a date closest to now (3.07 is this patch), and open it up in the torrent downloader of your choosing. Only if you use torrents, if not....what century are you in?

I see other people answered but if theres like 8 replies in here with this method, someone else might check it and learn YAY!

This only works for some people now because SE has locked down their internal trackers you can only get seeds from the local peer exchange and DHT, which for some people doesn't connect to them.
