Top 5 Quality of Life Updates I Hope to See in Shadowbringers [Dev Request]

1) Housing Idea #1 - I still believe the apartments should have a balcony section. The doors could automatically open and swing out into a generic overview of the housing ward. You could use outdoor furnishings on it. Might be a bit of work to get it to not destroy existing apartments though. This would finally allow gardening in apartments.

2) Housing Idea #2 - A new Housing items category - Ceiling Mounted. Items that can be hung anywhere from a ceiling and, if the coding is possible, could also be hung from the bottom of the new "wooden loft" item and similar items. think Windchimes, flowerpots, banners, etc.

3) Housing Idea #3 - It will probably inevitable happen but Floating ground items on to wooden lofs is tedious AF. Please let us put ground items, including partitions and pillars, on the lofts.

4) FC Menu Idea - Give us the ability to sort the FC's roster my name. I am an officer in a large FC and spend too long searching for names on it every day when I do promotions.

5) Glamor Plates - Please, can we have more than 10. We currently have 27 unique jobs, with 2 more coming in 5.0, so I hope we get a few more in the future.

What I'd like to see in addition to those

1- Adjusting field of view angle (have you seen how the world looks in gpose when you put the angle to 0? You see much more of the world and it seems larger)
2- Quest sharing (and if the quest was already done like MSQ you get additional bonuses for helping the other player).

1. Pass All, Greed All, Need All option for loot instead of having to click on each piece individually.

2. Open world level sync.

3. Tackle Box( Yes still wishing)

4. Companion upgrade.

5. NPC in the party so we can heal them instead of manually clicking on them( on controller its frustrating).

Well I'm in favor of a notice but you can easily sell the rolls and minions. Cards can be traded for mgp and books for emotes and recipes typically give an notification before buying.

You can do that on PC at least, by just copying the data from one character folder to the other, i did with an twink just a while ago.

1. Small Account Shared Bank. Similar to FC Chest just smaller... Like 1 tab... rather get this than self mail but all the same.
2. Personal Rooms in private residences, since we're now restricted to one private residence per server, be nice to have these once our other characters can actually use the houses.

On the note of private residence workshops... just no. If you're that desperate for it, just start a 1 account FC (which i have for the shared house/bank as is).

Everything that can make my lazy bum happy I suppose:
1. Repair ALL
2. option for Pass, Greed, Need ALL
3. Right click monster to mark
4. Right click self to select favourite expression/animation
5. More bag space, better sorting and more category options
6. More intuitive hotbar, at least in PC, such as auto swap for certain actions that require prior action.
7. Option to add threatmeter (%)
8. Option to assign shortcuts (right click, left click, middle click) to party members name for different set of healing spells.

I just fully leveled MIN recently, and I had no problem doing the quests as soon as I met each level and gear requirements with full vendor gears, including accessories, and no meld. I think the key is, on quests that require HQ, to just focus on increasing HQ instead of chance of gathering. And if you don't have the minimum gathering stats, just do levequest and/or beast tribe for 60+ until you get to the next level that provides sufficient gear, no need to use HQ gears unless they're cheaper to obtain than vendor gears.

A way of receiving notifications in your chat log when an item you've placed on your wishlist is on sale on the market board at a price range or quantity that you specified when putting it on your list.

Ex. You're looking for 1 Sphene Bracelet for approx 2000-2500 gil, you receive a notification when something meeting this criteria goes on the market board.

1. Allow me to zoom out more. My kingdom for more zoom out.
2. Alts should have auto-access to a house owned by the 'main' account. Makes no sense how you can buy only one house and your alts don't have access to it.

I know it's unlikely, but I'm still wishing for a 'face slot' for items that aren't exactly hats/helmets (glasses, horns, masks, the blindfold, fake stash, etc)

Oh, also, to be able to store all af and relic weapons on the armoire. I never understood why only ARR ones went in there but not HW or SB ones.

Maybe allow us to marry a npc or a retainer. One that will not change servers or quit playing on you. Love to see more glamour plates and job class swim wear. Also love see it made so can dye stocking's to another color other than what skirt is dyed to and so on.

Need something to help me in PVP to heal the other characters in different teams which need to really focus for example if they are in constant movement for better DPS like monks, bards, ninjas, machinists, dragoon, samurai, etc. am the only with this difficulty?
On our team do fast heal by clicking the name making their need to position for better dps during PVP less difficult to assist, on other teams dunno where they are at dunno how to reach them by name.

top 5... MMM

4. Fix the /partycmd so I can invite people on my server without the @ or hell even with the @
5. Tail GEAR

For me, please, for the love of the Twelve, let us auto-friend our alts and expand inventory and glamour space. We shouldn't have to rely on an exploit or literally shelling out more money to more easily work between our alts or have more space in inventory.

Also, let us have the contents in our Saddlebag count as our inventory! I've wasted so much time and money gathering for materials I don't think I have all because I don't remember that saddlebag.

Or how about letting us place buy orders on the market board.

For example let's use your sphene bracelet:
- I go to the MB looking for my bracelet, don't see one listed
- Right click the MB item, select Place Buy Order
- I enter the amount I'm looking to pay for a sphene bracelet
- This order is now listed on the MB along with the items available for sale, probably with an icon next to it to indicate a buy order exists
- A crafter comes along and says "oooh lookie, someone's actively looking for a sphene bracelet and wants to pay X gil for it, lemme make one and get my money instantly!"
- Crafter makes bracelet, clicks to fulfill the buy order, I get my bracelet, they get their money.

Instead of main hand and offhand tabs in the Armory, make it War/Magic and Hand/Land tabs. Only paladins and H/L jobs use the offhand slot, and the main hand tab just isn't big enough for those of us who level everything.

I wish there was A select certain items for your inventory & armor chest. It's really annoying to go to through each set of armor and place it in inventory or sell it separately.

• All cards actions of AST have 5 sec cd outside of battle.
• Delay from Rescue decreased.
• Animation lock duration for LB3 decreased (at least for healers).
• In gatherers book, show the informations locations and time instead of ??? once the material has been gathered.
• For the garden, water "all" the plants ; same for the fertilizer ; and if I want to plant the same grain with the same soil, "all" option would be nice. The "all" option would be possible by clicking on the middle of the garden (scarecrow).

Off the top my head -

1. Be able to enable more than 2 FC buffs
2. Hoping that upgradeable gear will not just be an upgrade to stats then make it dyeable, but have something else unique like make it glow or have an altered look.
3. Crafting log rework - example, in master recipe (6) log you also have furniture items there, but you also have a separate tab solely for housing...i think its just kind of messed up.
4. Able to switch retainers without having to clock the summoning bell every time
5. Be able to craft an item if a material is existing in your retainer.

Saveable Preset Waymarks - ability to save the waymark configuration currently in use so you can place the entire thing at once.

If that's too hard just make one that is

[A][B]
[C][D].

It gets tiresome placing these after doing EX primals and other such content forever where you have to choose waymarks every other run since people sometimes leave.

I think this is a pretty big one, since we are getting two new jobs.

Please give crafter souls their own tab.

If you don't know what i mean, i'm talking about "Soul of the Carpenter" "Soul of the Weaver" etc...

They go in your soul crystal tab.

Either expand it or give a crafter tab.

Add an easier way to apply glamours to retainers. Currently I have to take the item off the retainer, dismiss the retainer, go to the glamour dresser to apply the glamour, resummon the retainer and re-equip the item. Ideally I would be able to right click the item in the retainer equipment screen, choose apply glamour, and a list of glamours similar to the squadron glamour window would pop up.

Please also make the glamour dresser accessible when applying glamours to custom delivery clients.

I can catch up to 1000 fish a day - maybe even more when I am in a good mood - but there is no way I will desynth them all by hand.

Yes it is, it just always seems like there's 1 open slot. Since most people never remove their job crystal, anyone with every job and all 3 crafter specialties will only usually have an open slot when they are on a non-specialist crafter.

They acquire buffs, but they still have to be manually clicked to be targeted. The goal would be to be able to use Party-only abilities on them, and to use your general F1-F8 and Up/Down to target them during these points.

They expand it every time we get new things to go in there, it's max size has always been how many possible soulstones are available. They added one with ninja, 6 with heavensward, 2 with stormblood, 1 with blue mage, and i have no doubt 2 more slots will be added with shadowbringers.

Top 5 priorities this game NEEDS to survive:

- Lalafell should be able to right-click on Roegadyn or Ronsos to mount and control them
- Lalafell should be able to right-click on Miqote/Lizard/Bunny to make them pets and/or retainers
- Lalafell should be able to right-click on Humans/Elezen to make them automatically use a fantasia to become Lalafells
- Lalafell should be able to use every mount as a double-mount
- Lalafell should be able to create small houses that other races cannot enter so we can plot discretely

Please implement an internal resolution option in the system settings menu.
I want to play in Borderless Windowed but also with an effective resolution higher than my monitor's native to combat aliasing.
I don't want to have to switch to exclusive full-screen and re-arrange my HUD elements to achieve this, and it will also be useful to be able to change the resolution on the fly in case I need more performance (again, without resizing of HUD elements).

Free teleports anywhere, if initiated from an Aetheryte.
If not free, then maybe half price?

More poses for your character when they're just standing around, they're such a great addition and it would be fun to have more.
