this issue is a big disrespect to playstation users!
I’m having the same issue now. I have not reordered shadowbringer yet but was planning to do so now. Yesterday, all were good but today this happened.
Please fix it ASAP
Knowing Sony they won't be of much help
AND I'm Australian T^T They're not open for like 4 and a HALF HOURS for me............. that's like nearly 10 hours of lost gaming time

Um for some reason mine randomly fixed itself
I don't know if it will work 100% but if you turn off your PS4 and then press and hold the power button on the console until you hear a 2nd beep, it will turn on and tell you to plug in your controller and turn it on (do as it says). It should then take you to a menu and you will want to click 'Restart PS4' (it is basically a rebooting like what you would do with a router modem or your computer so everything is safe)

Might be related but are you getting an error message when trying to restore license?
Settings -> Account Management -> Restore License
If so, then you’ll be stuck for a while due to Sony’s $$$ server issues.

It has been 8 hours since, i started encountering this error, I'm using a PS4 console.
It looks like it still haven't been fixed. I tried logging on then and I encountered the same drama everyone is experiencing. Not sure how long it has been since it happened (it's now 8:54am in Sydney). Jesus, people who needs to fix this is taking their bloody time. :mad:
Im getting this error too now and cant log in. I also get an error whenever i restore licences. I dont know what else to do :(
Guys, my boyfriend found a solution for this and it worked for me. Go to your trophy list on PS4, find any 0% game and delete it then launch the game. Good luck :D
Checked again 10 minutes ago, the issue still persists. Looks like we're going to have to find another way to play. Fortunately I own it on the PC aswell.
Deleting trophies does nothing, you know Sony are good when they have 63 pages of error codes when trying to find that specific code lol >_>

Whelp, it worked for me after a nights sleep. Whether be it deleting the 0% trophy or they got around to sending my preorder in game items or somebody from Sony finally found the solution
Update your Ps4 System Software and Restart it. Its a Sony issue not a SquareEnix issue, I assume.
The game should work by now, no need to do anything. Have fun and see you~! ;)

I'm also getting this error.. Changing Internet connections doesn't help either
