I like to think I found one of the better-looking combinations. :3 I do hope they implement a lot more for 2.0 of course.

I think Roegadyns look fine. Galka looked so noble and stoic simply because FFXI didn't give player models expressions. My Hume in XI always looked like he was ready to backhand someone. In XIV, you're character's facial expression is constantly changing depending on your actions... consequently this is most noticeable on Lalafell. When Lalafells emote, they emote hard.
The cutscene you get by going out of the town with a chocobo. That's one of the most horrific smiles I have ever seen!

Why I look awesome:
My eyes GLOW! Literally glow. In the dark my roe eye glows a soft aqua blue color.
My hair looks like fire. My hair has a firey orange color with golden (complete with shine) streaks.
I'm red and with my Storm Sargent chest, I'm the reddest red mage to ever be red.
I'm not a single gendered, tailed galka.
I'm big enough to smuggle lalafels in my pants.
That is why I look awesome.
In my humble view, roe has some of the most fun emotes too. /wave , /happy, and most of the roe emotes are over the top and make people laugh every time.
I would like to request a Rogy /wave that is about 20% less happy... Just sayin... I use "/goodbye motion" in a macro when I need to wave.
I'd also like to think that Hal isn't tooooo bad looking. =P
Hmm, It seems that I have no up to date close ups, will fix later.
I think I've seen that roegadyn face at the top of OP in maaany different games (Soul Calibur 4, Dynasty Warriors, Phantasy Star Universe), just a different skin tone. The face haunts me wherever I go.
It's best to just put a bag over his head and do business, get experience, phat loot and adventure.
And by business, I totally mean adventuring alongside him to face monsters in battle.
