Eureka Pagos needs some rebalencing adjustments

I finished my grind the night before they nerfed the light grind. There were still people doing Pagos then.

Maybe if you're doing it during off hours, but plenty of people during prime time/weekends when I was in there.

Now, I'm sure Pagos is more tolerable now but compared to Anemos it was a big pain in the butt. And I have some advice for SE when it comes to Pyros.

1. Space out the aetheryte levels more evenly. There was no reason the NW aetheryte in Pagos needed to be level 30. A lot of the mid to upper 20s NMs were up there, plus shortcut to the forge. This was silly.
2. Please don't put sleeping void dragons all over the map again. Slow walking to keep from waking them was kind of cute the first time, but it gets old. FAST.
3. Add a way to gear up. Eureka feels like overkill to be focused just on relics and a few side rewards here and there. Take Anemos' upgraded artifact stuff and expand upon it to allow someone to fully gear up via Pyros if they choose.
4. Don't pull this randomized substat BS I'm hearing being tossed around.

As someone who has returned to pagos recently I'm surprised the adjustments haven't made it easier. Monsters still hardly ever transform, getting light from monsters is a long process (you can do a chain of 30 and still get nothing) pagos crystals are still only obtained from NMs (why is that still a thing).

Im trying to get all the weapons done as I only got bards done back in the day and thought it should be easier and faster now but pagos can be dead most times of the day and being the only one in there makes it very difficult, I could spend all day there and have little to nothing to show for it.

Changes I like to see are
1: get crystals from monsters like in anemos and/or reduce crystals needed
2: light is given out more frequently from regular monsters
3: louhi gives 5 items or reduce items needed to upgrade final stage
