Indeed a bad day to come from Sweden today.This suxs. I wanna be able to participate, even if i come from a smaler EU-country.

I was thinking of just plagiarizing something from Shakespeare, but now that I've gone an said it surely I will see someone else do so before me...

I think yous would be disqualified for plagarism. If someone were to do a search on some of the lines and see that it's already published or out there, it may disqualify you.

Its because they think they are special and decided to have their own rules and regulations for lottery and the like. Don't feel sorry for Quebec, they have nobody to blame but themselves.

That's why! that 's funny i can't participate as a NA because they excluded my area (maybe because they dont want some french answer from NA)... and i can't participate as EU (in french) cause I'm not from there... I do speaking a langage that does 7 millions of guys in Quebec... we have been asking to be a nation for more than 185 years,we want OURS french nation,, but they didnt want it and they asked why we wanted to be excluded from their great nation... we answered: aren't we already?

My wife is Québécois, I just thought it was amusing, and I know lotto-quebec dont like international competitions, its just awwe lol.

I would say everyone in the world should be able to enter but I guess things just don't work that way. :/

I'm glad they have allowed EU players too to join this contest, it's a funny contest but.....................

but NA players can win the Moogle plush and a really cool guildleve strap......

Hardly, Quebec would be nothing without canada, with that said canada would not be the same without quebec. If quebec seperated they would be begging to come back to the federation within a decade and we'd laugh.

If I was from another province and looked at Québec's benefits payed with the money received from equalization, I'd kick us out of the country ...

By the way, we didn't ask Loto-Québec to rule us out of every International contests. They decided all by themselves that they should tax every 1,000$+ prizes, and set impossible rules for International contests.

lol the real true about this is : we dont need you guys and you guys do! we have the most source in come in the country, wood, water, the power plan from ours centrals make enough energy for the all the canada and we are selling the left over to USA. Dont worry,, they are enough smarth peoples around ours nation to make it do fine. Canada is scare to lose us.. and this is all about! Quebec Only, has the third of the most important source in the world, for humain and life: fresh water!

You can live 3 weeks without eatting, but you can't live 3 days without drinking... where there is no water; there is no life! and this source become more and more rarely.


Add to that,, minning industry has become soo big with "Le Plan Nord", we have to seek worker's all around the world..ours soil is full of diamonts and precious ores!
