Quick question, I have one submission that is my main character's private quarters, and one that is an alt's design for her small FC estate, the entry requirements say that I have to be a member of the FC the estate belongs to, are there any special procedures I need to be aware of for uploading/submitting these estates to make sure I don't get disqualified for not being a member?

I just reread the contest details, and perhaps I misread the prizes:
"G. Prize(s):The two hundred (200) winners will each receive the following item:

One (1) in-game item package that includes one (1) Gaelicap, one (1) Noble Barding chocobo barding, one (1) Ahriman Choker, one (1) Mandragora Choker, one (1) Bluebird Earring, and one (1) Scarf of Wondrous Wit (in-game virtual items with no monetary value)."

So does that mean that a winning entry would receive all the prizes listed?

That's really awesome for most!

However, I've been participating in community events for some time now, and the only prize I am currently missing is the Gaelicap on my main character, Willig Rowde. Is there any way I could specify prizes for alt characters on my account?

To make it easy, this is how I would like the prizes to be distributed if I were to win.

I figured out my problem, the privacy badger extension in firefox was blocking the images on the site for those uploaded the normal way but not the ones through imgur for some reason. Got it all sorted out now.

I have a question, sorry if it has been already asked...

The rules say that it is not allowed using the gpose features but I have already seen a lot of entries to the contest that clearly used gpose... mostly for the zoom in/out feature that allows point of view not reachable otherwise and in general more interesting screenshot...

The rule refears to gpose’s more glamorous effects or is it really not allowed to use?
Will the judges analyze the screenshots to decide weather gpose zoom is used or not (it seems difficult to me to enter in such details)?
Will such entries be rejected?

I would like an official answer...
Personally I would love to use zoom feature, without gpose is difficult to make interesting screenshot, but most of all I want to follow the rules!

I believe the rules said that no player characters could be in the shot, I know I just hid mine behind a wall or did /pdead while clipped into things that would hide the model if I wanted to get higher angles. could also use stepladders etc.

What about collaboration? Our free company estate has contributions by at least three members to its interior design. Do we have to pick just one of us to be eligible for winning the entry for our free company estate? Or can we associate the names of all involved with the submission?

As an unrelated question: I gleaned from the entry thread that we are not supposed to alter the estates in any way. For private estates, does this include changing tenants? What about changing flowers in vases, "eating" food items to change to an empty plate, changing aquarium fish, or the like? What about outdoor furnishings? I plan to err on the side of caution, but more clarification on what could disqualify an entry by changing it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
