Neat thread, but i dont see why people are butthurt when there is a reply with no JP>En post.

There is a OP in the thread that says NEW! =O its the first post!

Or like I said the sulbimen tracker I worked on works just like Dev Tracker but only my translated posts so they don't have to read through all the other comments on that thread. It's the link in my sig in the middle.

I posted it on Cheer YoshiP thread so it might get viewed by YoshiP and Dev team.
You guys with video's probably can post there (make sure to cheer them lol) or NA side should make a thread just for that like the JP side and keep it at single thread instead of 100+ threads.

Just a note about this in case you haven't saw it, it's not the next Yoshi.P letters, but the Live letters.

But it's coming in the futur, so, more info about 2.0 in the live letter.

That video is a tribute for the game and the devotion of Yoshida and his team. We're all cheering them and hope the best for them.

Furthermore, there's something I'd like to offer to Yoshida, if I can get the adress of XIV office. I'm graphic designer, and with the help of Natsua, the other leader of our LS, we designed stuff, IRL stuff, like goodies, for our LS member. I'd be honored if Yoshida could get one, as a present for all his devotion. Of course I'm not forgetting all his staff that doing good stuff and working hard but I'm low budget ^^'.

I think since they have most if not all the combat worked out and can now just focus on content, things should be coming out faster.

I have a feeling we might be waiting a week or two after goldenweek for the next patch.

Reinhart, i think is best that every "translation work" you do, put a LINK to here on the top of every new translated post so that people can read to actually use this thread more... .:P

Holy crap I thought people forgot about this...I remember when people railed on me for making it lol.

May be too late for 1.0, but for ARR, SE should just create a translation sub-forums within each language, and frequently add members that actively translates into those sub forums as sub-mods.

So instead of one huge thread with 98% junk, translated information can be properly organized and consolidated.

Trying to use this string seems pointless since it already has 6 pages of posts that are irrelevant to today. I suggest starting a new string and call it "Translations thread II". Or even better: "Translations thread 2013". Or how about "ARR Translations thread".

For major talks would be good to have it's own separate thread. Some already make them when they see some importand stuff being translated so that's good.

All the other small talks should come in here to keep the other thread clean.

My translated posts can be found in the order it was translated on the 2nd~ post in a list format with links to each individual post. Large game magazine interview translations are listed on the 1st post.

Just like Dev Tracker, I created 'Sublimen Tracker'. I tricked the URL code to spit out only my posts with the word 'res ponse' in them. All my translated posts have the word 'res ponse' in them somewhere so by clicking on this link in my signature, you will only see the translated posts. (Note: Split the keyword so this post doesn't show up on sublimen tracker)

I think that's enough on finding my posts imo.

As for ARR, most likely this old forum is going to be archived or something so I'll need to start a new thread with future translation when that time comes.

I think the main part about the spam being in the translation thread itself is because nothing that's been translated lately really sparks discussion aide from people saying "That's cool"

Once the Beta hits and a majority of us migrate over to the beta forums (I'm guessing) that's where most of the new threads and discussions will start to pop up around the translated information. Until Beta we wont be getting any ground breaking news.
