Being "in combat" against Eureka NMs
When a large number of players are fighting a NM in Eureka, actions that require you to be in combat often don't function, even though you are clearly in combat. It's very frustrating to fight NMs as a Machinist in Eureka, because you cannot use Barrel Stabilizer, and Flamethrower does not generate heat, locking you out of 20%+ of your damage for about a minute until you can manually build up 50 heat (at which point the NM is probably dead). Is it possible to get this fixed?

Could we see another instrument like drums that play along with the bard? It would be very neat if we could start seeing ingame bands that play music together!
Eureka Mob claim system kills exp for us whod on't join NM trains
While NM fate trains are the fastest way to lvl up would it be possible to make it so that other people can't claim your mobs in there unless you call for help similar to the FFXI system? It's very annoying for people who think they are helping when in reality they are not.
NM Exclusive non Fate related.
As a bosst of xp for those who can't find NM tarin parties or are tired of being used by AFK players, would it be possible to get exclusive non fate nms to spawn so that individual groups can get an xp boost and can't be claimed by outside groups? perhaps after each kill lower the wait times on normal fate for up to a maximum of 30 min?
Accessibility of Glamour Plates in the Open World
Do you have any plans on Making the Ability to use Glamour Plates in locations other than the City-States such as Sanctuaries? I understand that there may be issues surrounding a this matter but I personally have found myself annoyed at the fact that whenever I obtain a new piece of gear as a quest or dungeon reward, I have to sit through the loading screen of entering a City, then cast the Glamour from the Plate, and sit through ANOTHER loading screen so I can get beck to where I was in the first place.:mad:
Game Support: Bug Report - Item Lost
When we submit an incident ticket for a specific bug in-game, how come we do not get an acknowledge or history of this bug via our support desk?
When we submit a bug on the forum and placed in the Accept section, is this a graveyard section? We do not get an update or know what is the next course of action.
What is a reasonable turnaround time that a player can expect when submitting an incident? For example, item lost via the armoire bug - item stored, cannot be found in remove tab
