Goblet needs a bit of a makeover period. Center area with the pool was an excellent start.

We don't know that. They can obviously see the data. But, if we wanted feasible solutions, it's far better to expect them to update map data than go through spaghetti code and change the number or wards/plots available per housing district.

I thought it was boring at first but it has grown on me. That night sky is unbeatable, too. Goblet could use a bit more flare, imo. Maybe more greenery since it's supposed to be an oasis of sorts. It's essentially the Beverly Hills of Ul'Dah/Thanalan...it should look the part.

Buyer's market picking up again. Perhaps newer players finally picking up the cash they need to pick up a small house that has depreciated quite a lot. Many medium houses got bought up in the Goblet this week. Shirogane still locked down tight. I observed some houses were auto-demolition as well (based on price).

How is the population? Update on housing and is the economy good? I am actually debating on transferring if they have the population of Faerie.

Last time I checked the census we were average pop, the pf is usually active for various things and I see lots of people around. A fair mix of raiders, rp and crafters too.

What about Jenova by chance? Just want a server with decent pop for the Eureka on Tuesday.

Jenova is a nice server. We're about average in population from what I remember of the last unofficial census. There's also fair sized communities for raiding, RP, hunting and crafting so there's kind of something for everyone here. Its big enough that you can generally find people to do things with through /shout or PF and I generally see lots of PF groups at any time of day except early morning (early as in 5am est time)...you know when most sane people are sleeping.

Its not a perfect server, but I couldn't imagine leaving it.

Notes: While Mist is definitely the 2nd most popular by a wide margin, it's all consolidated in the first half of the numbered wards. Plenty of smalls still available in the later numbered wards. Notes: Auto-demolish hit like a truck this week. Despite that, the medium sales from last week largely stuck, still seeing a net loss of open medium plots since week 1. The same 2 large plots in Goblet has sat open for 3 weeks now, which along with the massive amount of other open plots, raises red flags about the desirability of Goblet on Zalera (to nobody's surprise). Mist was hit particularly hard with auto demolish, with 3 large plots opening up. I don't expect them to be there next week, but I could be surprised.
