Will be more rare the second they release ANY of the other mounts they plan to release. There wont be many wanting to ride a Goobbue when they can ride a drake or ahriman.

I dunno. The Ahriman maybe, but I had my fill of riding scalekin in Lich King and Cataclysm.

Riding on the back of a giant seedkin however, tickles my napoleon complex quite nicely.

I honestly don't understand the outrage. Of course everyone is on a goobbue right now, BECAUSE THEY'RE NEW. Once the novelty wears off and chocobos get 'gear' they can equip you'll start seeing chocobos everywhere.

Also again, breaking immersion? This argument is beyond silly. If something as simple as this breaks your immersion then why doesn't something like "LEVEL UP!" flashing across the screen break your precious immersion? Or someone typing "brb" in your chat window?

Immersion is great but people take the definition of what breaks immersion to stupid levels.

Is there actually outrage? Granted, I've tried to steer clear of the myriad of retarded goobue threads and sure didn't bother reading the middle of this one, but I've seen more LOL U MAD?! posts than people actually... you know... mad.

Edit: I just read the entire thread here. I only count one person who could possibly be mad; and the only person who mentioned immersion was being sarcastic.

I just want to see different color Chocobos in this game. No rainbow colored Chocs, just green, blue, red, black, GOLD? >;O Would be great to have a similar system like we had in FFVII. Pair and breed them and have stables for different ones. So you can choose your favourite one to ride. The colors should have their differences in battle or whatever. Maybe they should even make a new class or job for Chocobo breeding :P. I cant see this happen, but I want to see more of them in this game. Especially when they are up to put more mob mounts in.

Not in this thread but there has been quite a bit of outrage in other ones.

EDIT; And yeah I read the immersion post as being sarcastic but it reminded me of people in other threads seriously suggesting goobbues are breaking their immersion.
