They almost have, as from what we know, the individual moratorium will still be up when the wards are released to see how the housing markets are.

Yeah, they need to leave it open for FCs since that gives the housing locked gameplay to as many players as possible, but I really don't forsee ANY homes being open for all but the smallest servers after a week. Housing is too hot right now.

I've been waiting so long since I got back into playing to buy a personal house :( It makes me so sad, I almost feel like I am never going to get one.
