SE created this situation all on its own (again) by designing a female version without bothering to adapt it to male models and without bothering to make a similar version with pants or rags (or whatever - the pretty CT demon skirts just made a comeback in the same patch so I'm not sure why we're still pretending gendered designs matter). They have the power to solve this in many, many ways. If they aren't going to then I expect players with preferred characters to have to pay extra to access the preferential treatment rather than making me feel like a less valuable customer for no reason on the same monthly fee. It bothers me that suggesting arbitrarily biased rewards for actual gameplay content isn't seen as opening a massive can of worms.
