Protect and what it means to you.

I could see Haste working as something like a -10% GCD time for 15s-30s.

Maybe Reflect could be single target and deflect some number like up to 5% damage back as damage to the enemy with a 25% chance to reflect it.

Shell would have to be a tank buff like Rampart/Shadow Skin/etc.

Just rough estimates and thoughts.

I'm actually surprised WHM's don't have a single target Shell buff or single target Haste buff honestly, since Eos and Selene have their AoE versions. I mean that's kind of the fairies' thing, isn't it? Taking WHM abilities and making them AoE with long, restrictive cooldowns like Whispering Dawn did with Regen and Fey Illumination with Divine Seal. AST even has their own variants with Bole (pro-shell) and Arrow (haste), so maybe they took the idea when implemented?

Be careful with Reflect. There's already counterattack abilities like WAR Vengeance and Ifrit-egi's Radiant Shield, but Reflect isn't a counterattack, it's an actual reflect. If implemented poorly, then it runs a very real risk of being a "necessary gimmick" spell like WoW's Spell Steal turned out, and nobody wants that.
