Well, it is not really a witch hunt unless we are actively looking for names, which we are definitely not. Whether the OP is telling the truth or not doesn't really change our stance. If it was a lie, then it doesn't really help him in anyway.

Though honestly, I am not sure what the main focus for this thread is anymore. It kind of split into two different topics.

Personally, I think if people want to hold up a group so that they can have a personal conversation for more than 5 minutes, I find it pretty rude. I mean, if they want to exchange a few words, fine but how long does it take to type just a few exchanges? if they want to type a novel then maybe they should take it to tells outside the dungeon. It's kind of rude to have a personal conversation anyway when 2 other people feel excluded and you are just standing there leaving them to awkwardly twiddle their thumbs waiting.

As far as they 30 minute penalty, I think it's pretty fair myself. I remember when we didn't have it and what it was like. Even when I am the person to leave because of whatever reason, I can find something else to do for 30 minutes. Usually I am annoyed at whatever caused me to want to leave anyway so I'm glad to do something else for a while and take my time out.

And why is it always the "speedrunners" that should make a PF? Proceeding quickly is normal procedure no matter what the content is. If anything, the "I want to look at the rocks grow" people should be making party finder groups.
