Mog Station shows I don't own Stormblood, yet I'm in the early access

Can confirm that I've received the registration code on my Square Enix Online Store account. Had to access my order history, and then click on the Unlock Code option under my Stormblood purchase. Apparently it redirects to the proper registration code page now rather than the early access code page it had shown previously. All registered and good to go now.

Waiting for EU code as well.

Will it be possible to use the link in the original order email to get the full key?

I no longer have access to the original order on my account as Square support, in their infinite wisdom, decided that the best way to deal with my request to change the email address associated with my store account, was to delete the account, including all the orders, and create a new one with the new email. All without confirming if that is acceptable.

Obviously, the support centre that "changes" account details is not the same as the one that deals with orders, and the store support centre has not responded to my issues for near 3 weeks now.

I still haven't seen my code pop up under my "Instructions" box on my order of the complete edition. 12:19 am PDT right now, should have my code, what the hell...
Refreshing constantly, logging in and out, my code won't show itself D:

I tried this now this morning for the EU store and not US, and I can confirm that it had the correct code this time and not the Pre Order code.
Edit: It say I own Stormblood now.

Just checked the link in the order mail again. The code there has changed to the CE code and it is now registered successfully! Phew!

I still want my orders fixed, though ^.^

Anyone else still not getting their code for complete edition?
This is pissing me off.. I bet if I were to buy the complete edition again, right now when it's not a "pre-order" I would get the code instantly.

Order the complete collection from the SQ store, and nothing as of yet 1:45am MTN time.

Finally!! Redeemed my EU code \o/

I pre-ordered physical copy of SB for PS4 from Best Buy and received a email that it ready to be be picked up so I'll head over there and pick it up after I get off work.

Should I be worried that my account shows this http://imgur.com/dENt0hT when my PSN account shows this? http://imgur.com/4yiYLgn this is the digital version from the PS Store.

Mog Station shows that I have "Stormblood Early Access", but not the actual game. I'm guessing I need the actual registration code, but haven't received an e-mail from Square yet (7:00am Mountain time). That's annoying.

Oddly, there's nothing under my "Your Orders" tab. I know it's been purchased, as I've got the confirmation e-mail and have been playing early access.

So how does this help me when I'm still waiting for my (PC) physical version ? I just get to lose days and fight support, or respend my money ?
I thought I preordered to NOT have these problems ....

Ya I'm seeing the same, and there no code... Sooo ya not sure what's up...

I payed for a Digital download code form GameStop, put the code in and then add the 2nd code to my PSN a week ago, yet no code after that, and it snowing me the same thing....

It was showing that for me, too. Did you exit all the way to he client, by any chance? I logged out due to being afk, then needed to update my PS4 to the latest firmware, which naturally restarted it. When I signed back in on to the client, it then asked if I wanted to add Stormblood to my service account. After doing that, it shows up that I have it on the Mogstation. So, try that, if you haven't.

Don't think that's it, it show me the same thing, I know for sure I add the 1st code for the preorder and 2nd code for the PSN a week ago, and it still showing I have not payed for the SB game.

In a nut shell my PSN is saying and showing one thing, and my Mog log is showing something diff.
