Character broken after first SB primal! I need help ASAP

I heard a lot about the australian web, so all i can say is good luck ^^

Yeah I wont be able to play anymore when I head back next week..... I was really hoping to finish SB

Im having the same problem, and I cant even write a ticket to support cause that's my only character in the game, and also cause the congestion on my world is high I cant even see where I am or anything so yeah, at least some word from SE on this would be nice.

4. Unable to access my character but can log on alts. Have submitted a ticket but, looking at this thread, am not holding breath.

I've gotten no response in 6 hours with 3 contact methods.... Giving up

1. I finished the main story trial, The Pool of Tribute and tried to exit the instance.
2. My game crashed with the message "An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV"

3. Whenever I try to log in on this character, I experience the same error. I have tried DirectX 9 and 11. I have also tried using a different device to log in. Each time I have encountered the same error. I am able to log into other characters on these devices.

I don't know if this will help, it may just have been a coincidence, but perhaps worth a try. I tried to access Best Served with Cold Steel. got the inevitable "system" message, then got this error and got kicked out of the game. Tried to get back in but got that error about 6 times on the loading screen. A friend said he would try & log in for me. He got past the loading screen and into the game, but when he tried to enter the instance he then got the error & was kicked out of the game. After that he continually got the error on the loading screen.

I then tried again to log in and I got into the game, immediately moved my character to my house and I've been fine ever since. I hadn't reported the error so I doubt I was moved by a GM & I'm terrified of trying the Quest again in case it messes up, but at least I can play.

I have the same problem. I don't think any GM will see this topic but its worth a try.

I've already tried to send a ticket trough the game over 20 hours ago with no response.

i got in touch with the GM team in-game, They said they are not able to move any characters, and they have escalated this to the Dev team. hope it helps.

We have confirmed this issue with the development team, and they are putting high priority on continuing to investigate how to resolve this for players.

At this time, it seems that the situation will require a resolution via the client itself (through updating the version). As such, we expect it to take more than several days to resolve this issue, including the time required to create the patch.

However, because this error is not caused by the corruption of local data or due to a PC issue, it is likely that re-installing the game will not resolve this issue.

Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We'd also like to note that if you continue to attempt to log into the game there is a chance you may be able to log in, so please try again after some time has passed.

I am also experiencing this issue, my main character Titania-quo Antius on Balmung is locked out of the game by the crashes. I'd much rather have the Raubahn issue, at least then I could play other aspects of the game--with this, my entire early access; and likely even launch-day are now all gone. :(

I had this issue trying to get into Idyllshire just now. For anyone else it may help, I was able to fix it by going into configuration on the start menu and setting my graphics to "laptop standard."

Might as well add myself to bump up the number of people saying they have issues;

I'm sure if you are willing to write the code and patch it up today they would greatly appreciate your superior coding skills.

When this happened to me I was with my husband in the new primal , he is still on fine and can play the game . He's kept in a party with me and the party just disbanded ( he didn't disband it ) don't know if that's a sign they are trying to fix the problem or anything lmao

If you got the crash after the first SB Primal then the problem is server-side and nothing will work(believe, my server is low-pop and I tried everything). It seem that CyberForte problem was something else.

^ this right here. at least with the raubahn i was gathering and such. heck i am 65 on MIN/BTN....now it's start a new toon or don't play the game. those are the only two options...and quite frankly, those are not options that should be given to the players.

What is this thing that causes this horrible error? I am considering avoiding it entirely. :(

I think a party auto-removes someone who's been offline for a period of time.

Does trying to get into the client using a platform that doesn't have SB work? I only have ARR on my PS4 and I want to have some way out of this if I get it.

I tried to log in on my ps4 as it only has HW but keep getting a lobby error so no idea if it works
