Nope, it's actually creative since aside the other FFXIII theme a small audio bit for FFV's Chocobo theme, there actually haven't been a lyrical Chocobo Theme yet.

I was so awe struck to hear that this was his contribution to the soundtrack, but I know he loves metal music. On another note I have to say Hamauzu's and Mizuta's tracks are out f***ing standing.

This game is going to kick so much ass.

It should be mentioned that this isn't XIII-2's main chocobo theme, it's one that requires very specific circumstances and won't be encountered outside of a very brief time.

That said, it's horrid.

This is where the song plays. Just by his "wark" you know this is a very hardcore chocobo.

Just wasted 30 seconds of my life listening to that garbage.

Finally something good to hear! Now if only FF had more rock/metal BGMs I'd be able to enjoy it more. Don't get me wrong, most songs in the FF franchise are good, but when it came to battle songs from Uematsu, I like those better than other songs since it has that rock melody to it.
