PS4 USERS STORMBLOOD PREORDERS CANCELLED BY PSN?

i went to the sony website and it is under my transaction about being bought just not showing on the ps4 it self. maybe after the update itll go back to normal. if not that will be bs cause i per ordered aswell

I have the licenses but it does not appear in my transaction history.

I also have this issue and I'm not sure whether to be worried or not really. I can't find any pre-order for the game listed in my transaction history, nor can I find the waiting download or timer anywhere on my system. But, I did call up PS support and they said that on their end, it all looks fine. They asked me to refresh the licenses (PlayStation Network/Account Management and Restore Licenses for anyone that also wants to try that) and it did nothing really. I can see a timer for the skin, so I'm hoping that it's just going to work itself out since I'm not sure what else I can really do. On the store it's saying I haven't bought it but my bled-dry bank account is telling me otherwise. Fingers crossed this is isn't going to be a problem come Friday...

Well, just speaking for me after checking out everything:
I can not repurchase Stormblood, it says I already own a copy.
I can not see it on Mog Station.
I can not see it in my software library.
I CAN see it in my service list.
I have the option to initiate download via PS4 store remotely from PC. However, it ends in failure right now.
I already did download the pre order design, just can not activate it yet.

My thoughts on this topic: I guess it will be all right. When I remember correctly, how the FF-stuff was displayed in the store has always been confusing at best. But it did work every time for me. So I am rather positive. This is Square Enix we deal with, not .. like Ubi Soft for example. I guess we'll be fine :-)

PS4 has been total garbage for FFXIV updates and downloads for well over a year now. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if none of us get to see Early Access on PS4 but here's to hoping!

I highly doubt the issue will affect the early access. If we have Stormblood on the ps4 Service list, we should be fine.

Talked to both sony and square everyone that has the "issue" is good to go for some reason the store is glitched out on this game and this game alone where it shows up in the service list but for whatever reason does not show as you having purchased it.

Just checked PSN, going to collector's edition page no longer has a purchase option and says I have the license now. Stormblood not in addons folder yet though.

Ok pls. You will be able to play. You can't pre download it, it will be through the launcher. If you have the license so everything is fine. Just wait the launcher update and run the game, it will show the instructions for how can you register. Just calm down.

Also, It won't show up on library since heavensward, stormblood and arr are the same game : FINAL FANTASY XIV.

I checked on the PSN store just now and on my end it looks like they fixed the Stormblood repurchase thing, since it doesn't tell me i have to repurchase anymore. However they also removed it from the FFXIV "Add-on" list. Don't worry on the latter. I believe the SB preorders was moved in the Stormblood PS4 preorder theme, so we won't lose our Early Access if it's still on our service list.

After reading some of the concerns you guys have brought, I decided to turn on my PS4 to find that I too had the same issues.. i.e.. Stormblood was not in my download queue. Anyway, I haven't played the game for four days and I had just noticed this today. I knew there was going to be maintenance for early release but I decided to play anyway.. To my surprise it started patching to STORMBLOOD..So I guess my pre-order (from PSN) worked.. Now i have the game patched and will play when servers finishes maintenance AT 2am!! So worry not gents.

If I'm not mistaken patching the game is not the same as having the expansion for early access. When you receive patches during an expansion that just gives you the ability to see the content other players have played and the gear they have obtained but not play it yourself.

I've deleted and reinstalled my game and checked every day this week and I still do not have the ability to download my expansion. it still says you already own this game but the counter keeps saying "this game will unlock in two days on 06/13/2017" which was two days past not ahead... I got the error in my download quench's on my computer like everyone else but it does not seem like SE nor Sony have fixed anything. I've found other threads that suggested its a launcher issue on playstation but so far I've had not luck and have not been given the ability to download my stormblood, I am not confident it will be fixed on time, I am confident that no one at SE or Sony even care or even have it on their radar and probably won't care until they get a flood of complaints tomorrow and they know the game isn't being downloaded by people.

Well I will curb some of my pessimism in this matter. I left my game to download again after deleting it from my PSPro, once I returned after leaving it for a good part of the morning to download I returned to my excitement to see that the game launcher had been updated to a Stormblood Icon on my home screen. When I launched the game it asks me to register my early access to my mogstation account and I can now confirm that my mogstation also states storm blood early access on my account.

I suppose what I was reading earlier about the launcher being the issue might have some truth too it. I still haven't had or seen the expansion download separate like Heavenward does but maybe SE decided to push the expansion via the patch system to the original game and launcher instead of having it be a separate download.

This could be a coincidence since I did do this on a server down time day before an expansion and maybe the intent was to always do a patch and not a full download but if you still are worried and still have issues you could always go the reinstall route even if it is slow as heck on a playstation.

Having the same issue now it says that it's unavailable for me I click on them me more and it says you cannot purchased cause I had already purchased the stormblood collectors edition but won't let me download early access
