Is it known what the leg piece on the female bard AF 3 looks like?

Because I can't imagine it being anything more then fancy underwear with some leg accessories with how short that skirt is.

Checking the concept art for Bard, it looks like super short shorts (theres a lone where the thighs meet but it could be a pleat too idk) with a belt on the leg. The long flappy bits by her thigh in the countdown art are ruffles that are on the men's version of the set too.

Man! How come paladins get all the fame! Why is there never a shot of a dark knight protecting the weak and unprivileged!

Really wish they'd stop painting my class as a solitary, depressed and anti-social creature and more as a 'knight', defending and protecting those often forgotten or mistreated by society (wasn't that the whole point of becoming a dark knight).

Because DK are that, level 30 to 50 quest line explain it and 50 to 60 confirm it. Your average DK is a guy filled with rage and hatred, protect the weak and mistreated is just an excuse to kill. The class is an anti-hero, Paladin is the poster child of a hero.

Wow! I love 6 and 7! That miqo'te is wonderful and that lala is fantastic! Can't you tell I'm a sucker for lalafell art? ;)

I also agree about dark knights. I would great to see one portrayed heroically or tenderly instead of the usual brooding angst.

That is not at all what I got from the 30-50 or 50-60 questlines for Dark Knight. 30-50 was coming to terms with the trauma of being a hero--of facing down gods and other mind-shattering monstrosities only to be treated like less than the mud beneath a merchant's heel. It's not succumbing to that pain, it's surpassing it and using it. The 50-60 questlines, much less about mastering the self than before, further explain that Dark Knight's power comes not from angsty evil, but just from the pure power of emotion.

Fray died defending a little girl from injustice. Sidurgu nearly did the same. Neither of them became Dark Knights "for an excuse to kill" and neither did my character.

The HW countdown also had a male paladin holding a female miqo'te, only she was an adult. Is herding cats just part of the job?

I don't agree, to me the whole 30-50 arc represent a character at the brink of snapping (after all what happen before HW), in fact at the end the game let you clear that you are still under control "..for now" (but since WoL is "special" he will be fine). The second act is all about Sid protecting Rielle for all the wrong reasons, she even complains about this. At the end he learns a new way sure, but before that he main concern was killing others.

Also, the whole theme of DK is dark, edgy and almost evil, as I said the class is your typical anti-hero. DK do what's need to be done and don't play by the rules like a paladin is bound to do.

As far as #4, I'd love to be so proficient at drawing as the artist, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what that highlander is doing with her weapon. Is she holding the lance out to show it to us? It looks so awkward to grasp the weapon with both hands underneath.:confused:
