Patch might be tomorrow? (Dec 6th.)

why even bother dropping it 3 bucks lol

yeah look like its going to be the 6th if there giving us a month of 1.20, billing starts on the jan 5th from the looks of it.

16th to 6th gives you a nice 3 weeks to play around with 1.20 content.

Like everyone is going to be able to do all the 1.20 content in 3 weeks, people still haven't done Ifrit. hell people still havent done Darkhold lol Cant judge on content you cant flipping do!

I did not say Finish, I said Do. I cant do Ifrit because im not a Lancer lol or even meet the requirements! I couldnt do Darkhold for a while as no one wanted to do it.

edit: Not to mention its Crimbo, less people playing, less people to figure out if they wanna Pay just to try and enjoy content they might not like. People may just revert to youtube and not pay at all.

Maybe SE dont realise what month it is.

Even giving you the chance to try the patch out first was entirely optional decision. Nobody forced them to do that.

no, you only need 1 week to try out the new combat system and that is enough to decide either you continues or stop, SE give a 3 weeks, I will not complain

edit:

1. new combat system and get used to combo
2. test new skill
3. test the craft system and new recipe
4. test moogle battle

all that can be done in 2-3 days max, and SE is casual friendly that give you 3 weeks to test out those thing and you complain ? come back down to earth will ya ?

Bad Sales, Bad reputation and Bad player base forced them to do it, forced them to do it for the past year lol.

And no, not wait half a year, but at least until end of January when people get back from Holidays and casual players have time to play and see if they want to pay for the content.

I need more than a week, I have a busy life, and family to visit during Christmas. I am sure im not the only one with real life things to do around Christmas.

People said at start, dont judge FFXIV, give it time, you need to play for a little while to get a good idea of it, but now with this you are all saying "PLAY, QUICK, LIKE? NOT, LIKE?" and require an snap judgement.

Well I think three weeks is more than enough to find out if you like the game or not.
Even with family, christmas, work and studying or whatever you have to do.
We are not supposed to finish every little bit of content of 1.20 by the time billing starts, we are just supposed to see if we are willing to pay for it for at least another month.
If you run out of stuff to do after that additional month, you can always unsuscribe..:rolleyes:

Information about the patch isn't coming at a fast enough rate for the patch to be coming in the next couple days. I'm guessing it's coming next week sometime.

Well to be fair it was last night at 1 am eastern. Also the post about the billing is dated 12/5/11 but it was also posted on 12/6/11 also time stamped with the same date. Sorry about the confusion.
