Is Benediction still worth a 5 minute CD?

I rarely need to use bene as a emergency heal, in fact during most dungeon runs i use it to help me push more holy aoe dps during to massive to gate pulls instead of sitting on it and thinking: "OMG WHAT IF I NEED IT FOR XYZ?!" Bene has it's place on my toolkit, i just use it to be more of a badass. Think the CD time is fine.

Nobody cares about 3 hours cooldown in a game where in raid you reset your cooldowns if you wipe. You can put 30000 days cooldown to the ability if you want, the result will be the same, you will be able to use it once every instance. That's why I find stupid those comparisons that Benediction had 2 hours CD in FFXI. Who cares? It would be the same as having a unique ability with 400000 day cooldown in this game.

This is really just the tip of the iceberg as well. Yes, this game is a lot different than FFXI and it isn't FFXI, but comparisons can be valid depending on the situation since this game takes a lot from FFXI.
