I support this wholeheartedly.

I fashioned my house interior to be gothic and Victorian-esque, so the walls from Haukke have been something I've wanted for too long. I would love more furnishings from there, too; the planters, Lady Amandine's bed, the tables and more.

Also yes please to more Void items. Whether they be from Ark, Weep, Dun Scaithe, World of Darkness or lifted from any content featuring Void stuff.

It's also about time some actually nice house skins come out... all the obnoxious and gaudy Choco, Paissa -- whatever skins are all well and dandy for people who like that... err... stuff... but some non-clown show skins are desperately needed!

I support any idea for more housing "skins" BUT only if they start allowing us to save them as we switch them out.

I would craft every one of them to keep on hand if I knew I could freely change them at will, would be fun imo to change things up often.
Too punishing as it stands now. Keep housing fun not a sickening chore plz.

i quite agree, making it easier to switch between different designs qould be very helpful and make it a lot less stressful

I'd personally love an Haukke interior wall myself. Been using the Riviera Flora wall for some time now, though it and the floor is a bit too much red sometimes and the Glade Wall come the closest to a Haukke look

That and ya, any more manor items (including the mentioned house skins) would be great :)

I'm going to +2 this bc my best friend loves everything haunted and adores Haukke and if we could have this in our house, she would. I'm not sure how I'd feel, living in a haunted house, but eh. She deserves to have it.

I actually love this idea... Tonberry house glam is still my first choice, though.

But please hear our pleas XIV team! We have a Carbuncle house glamour, we have paissa glamour, we have shirogane, chocobo, moogle...

we deserve Hauke Manor house glamour!

The Haukke Manor would definitely qualify as an interesting idea. I also wouldn't mind a touch of whimsy with storybook cottage style houses like this:

My pleasure! I am all for new housing skins! :)

I would love to see something more architecturally interesting too! Haukke Manor is a good start. I would love to see roman designs, Germanic, Indian, etc. There is so much you can do.

And anything is better than more of those awful kawaii exteriors. As someone who loathes the cutesiness aesthetic there is nothing more irritating than staring at a carby exterior across the street. Or worse, have that awful paisa staring you down. I have actually moved a couple times to get away from sugary sweet cutesy neighbors. If you want to add it, that's fine, but stop forcing us to stare at it. I never spend time in my yard because of all the pink, lavender and sunshine yellow around me. Also why I want instanced housing, but that's a whole different conversation.

I would also love to see the zone restrictions taken off of them. It was a good idea at first but with so many exteriors being open to any zone it takes away any regional uniqueness anyway.

I would love more Interiors, in particular a lot of the flooring options are pretty bland... having the ability to dye patterned wallpaper would be nice - such as taking the Alpine, House Borel or Manor Walls and making them a different colour or shade. Alas, a man can only dream. :'(

People were given options, so someone somewhere is going to use them regardless of what they are. Such is the nature of housing wards. I think it's a silly thing to be annoyed by, honestly.

But as to this particular quote, I agree. It would also allow for a good bit more customization which I would like to see all around. No down side, really. If people can make their houses look like chocobos and moogles, there's very little reason to keep certain house walls locked to their location.

I agree for some new ans stylish housing skins, I'd love to see a Dravanian (based on zenith) or Sharlayan house theme. Chocobo, paissa, carby etc... can be cute for some, pretty strange for ohters, but more "realistic" housse skins would be a great addition :)
