Why are Lore rewards still so low?

Lore drops are fine. Finished three relics before the next phase was added, doing nothing but daily roulettes, and never once needed to grind ARF.

Now that I've caught up on my ilvl 260's and stopped doing most of my daily roulettes, Lore is still pouring in, to the point where I've started blowing it all on accessories to level my Goldsmithing desynthesis.

Actually, good healers know how to manage their CDs well enough that they'll end the fight with as little MP as possible, to help maximize their MP consumption efficiency. I'm consistently a sub 1K MP on WHM without a care in the world because I know what the job's capabilities are and know even at sub 1K MP I can still do a sizable amount of healing with little issue, even on chain pulled mass pulls like the first set in ARF.
