I'm more annoyed they felt the need to charge me for both the statue and the book but only shipped out the book. I'm fine with the statue being pushed back, but it was kind of cruel to charge my account for it when their policy clearly states that I won't be billed until the said item ships. It isn't the end of the world but things like that do kind of irk me a tad. It's basically a company double dipping and putting the customer in a tough situation because they now only have a half completed order. So they take your money, only give you half of what you paid for and if for whatever reason the other item never gets to you, they can say the order has already been completed because you already received a portion of it. Not saying S/E will do that to people but it's one of those fears that sits in the back of mind. I ordered a Delivery Moogle plushie and artbook Two years ago back in November during their last fanfest. They charged me for both, got the book in December but the Plushie wasn't delivered till like Mid-March. x.X
If anything, it just taught me to be patient with S/E. They may be slow but they get the job done eventually. Either way, I'm happy my book will be arriving on Monday.
