What does NIN gain by losing/changing Shuriken?

What does NIN gain by losing Hyuton?

What does NIN gain from gaining burst at the cost of sustain?

I would/did argue all of these "ideas" were a huge negative on the NIN job. If that's not "constructive", then I don't understand your definition. If someone had an idea to make a fireplace out of snow, you would surely want to correct them, no?
