I wish we had more kinds of raids other than 8 and 24 man raids.

Don't mind the Duty Finder, just do a 1tank 1healer rest DPS group in Part Finder instead. You skip about 80% of all the mechanics and can skip the adds, takes like 4 min per fight. Ravana EX is so easy it's laughable right now.
This is what I thought OP was going for when I first began to read his post. How nightmarish it could be to farm the weapons before, but now anyone can get it without even trying basicly.

That's more of a dungeon with randomized gimmicks. Raids are typically larger in scale. It ain't exactly a raid if you're soloing it :P

If you need to bribe players with new gear to run raid content, does that not tell you that most people are actually not interested in doing that content in the first place? Raids and content like raids should be run for the feeling of accomplishment, by forcing players to run content they don't like just to stay viable, you're making them do stuff they don't enjoy and taking the fun out of the game for those players.

The upgraded version of the weapons don't look that great. I prefer the originals.

I dont like to ruin the fights in party finder, I do extreme primals in duty finder pretty often, enemies should not drop anything if you do them unsynced.

I agree, unsynced should have more "penelties" to it.
But you can't unsync Ravana EX yet. So what I said is 100% synced

Except that's not how most players work. Far and away, MMO's have shown that most players need reward to do something, even something they would find fun without it.

Second, rewards give longevity. If there was no reward at the end of an instance, how many times would an average player go through it? Once or none.

People who enjoy content for the experience it provides and do things for a sense of accomplishment (outside of completionism) are few and far between.

Hell, there was a huge thread around here the past few days complaining that there's no incentive to ever do end-game content. See what I mean?

The crafted weapons are not "exact" same weapons, they have glow on them. Also as it's been already said - they're lower ilvl.
And if you really think that anyone can JUST buy it then I must be one of a kind who doesnt have millions lying around to spend on glamour weapons that I can just get from a trial, even if they don't have the glow.

And dood, people used to farm weapons and ponies from old extreme primals and spent long times doing so WITHOUT tokens to buy things with. Now it can take you a run or two to get everything and you don't even have to follow all the mechanics anymore. Get used to it, everything will end up being easier to get no matter how much time people already spent farming them before.

Even if a raid is fun, if there's no reason to go in because it drops rewards almost identical to what I already have, the odds of me personally doing it more than once for novelty's sake is abysmal at best. If there's no upgrades, or nothing I need, it's immediately worthless.
