I too thought the options were a bit weird. It should maybe have had an answer "willing to learn", meaning both the job and mechanics.

I picked the one about being disciplined and following a raid plan. It seemed to fit my expectations that people should follow the raid leader's instructions (planned and spontaneous), execute mechanics properly, focus on doing their main job well enough and analyze mechanics and the success of a tactic as a team. The banter can still be laid back even if the teamwork is structured.

It was a fun survey and the results will be interesting for sure.

My husband and I met playing Final Fantasy XI, announced our engagement during our XIV wedding, and had a real life XIV themed wedding last year! It's interesting but not surprising that most of our XI linkshell members ended up getting married to one another in real life, a few of our XIV members are dating in real life.
