It's luck of the draw, having some friends to run with or forming a group in party finder guarantees a good group. I don't believe there's anyway to fix the problem your running into besides avoiding the possibility.

I would rather hear both sides of the story before making any judgement on those players that kicked you.
Especially considering the: 1. Contradictions someone else mentioned about the "non-English" thing.
And 2. The fact you are calling people who don't like to stroll through a dungeon "mindless idiots" makes me feel that you really weren't being as polite when asking as you are trying to tell us you were

You queue solo, knowing full well you're going to be with 3 other players, who are also living, breathing, thinking human beings who have their own idea of how to do the dungeon. Yet, you want SE to cater to you specifically. MMOs are a cooperative genre. It works out better if you do your best to cooperate with groups instead of dismissing them as mindless idiots.

Your opening paragraph is very niche. It's been proven time and again that what you describe is not the norm. Saying you are tired of it implies it happens on a regular basis. Which I'm mostly sure it does not. Also I'd love to see an official statement from SE about how their game is supposed to be played. What you want and what you determine SE wants from you are two totally different things.

Secondly, are you mad that you can't handle the pacing of the dungeon dictated by the tank or are you mad you can't read signage and enjoy the environment? Because there are solutions for both.

Finally, please provide a solid reason why any mmo should ever cater to individual play over group play. Group play, varying skill/gear levels, and the trinity make up the only level of rng that offers any kind of challenge to dungeons. And you want all of that to come to a screeching halt just so you can push less buttons and look at the pretty things?
