And here I was hoping there would be houses left on Balmung when I got off work.

I cant wait until they finally add housing in this game! Oh wait they did already? Boo 1485 queue balmung. I heard it sold out in 10min all sizes

Nice to see a FC shouting they have 16 houses left for sale at 75M each, really heartwarming lol such a load of crap

err I think all them people are saying is that they got a house finally. Not selling them. Other then the last one just being rude. I'm laughing at the one's (who all the same FC) are selling small plots for 50-75mil. Them are the jerks that need to be reported and taken care of asap.

Well My hubby got us a house on Balmung. It's in goblet. kind of sad... but ya they where going fast!!!!!!!.

Yes I got mine, it was not the one I wanted at first as that sold right away but I got a nice small one ward 9, plot 10 in Limsa. In Ragnarok server all Limsa and Gridania and Uldah houses have already gone which includes large, mediums and smalls within 15-20 minutes of servers coming back up. Our server is one of the highest population ones though so was always going to go very quickly, on low population ones there should be some available for longer.

I feel bad for those who couldn't get one yet but I do think it is the fault of SE in how they designed their housing system in this game with so few plots being opened up and added every now and again. Just make sure to report any house flippers you find, ones who have no intention of actually buying one to invest/design and live in...the people who only bought to turn it around and rip off other people to make more gil.

Lmfao party finder in ragnarok is too filled with WTB, WTS small house in mist etc.
Honestly I wasn't expecting this xD, last time they added subdivisions smalls were gone fast, but mediums and larges were left there for at least months, what the hell changed since then for everyone to suddenly buy everything 5 minutes after the patch?
I wanted a large house but only small and medium (in the goblet) were left by the time I could get in... Xd

No kicked at login and when I got back over 1k que by the time I got in there were only a few houses left and I watched hem get snapped up before I could get to them.

Treat it like a relic weapon. But instead of grinding fates or farming lites, we grind for gil, lots and lots of gil. Each player can get a plot, and each plot is then upgrade-able for a certain amount of gil.

A lack of server space is poor excuse to sour a bunch of players' experiences.

Pretty much the same. I've been saving gils for a small house, but I got 4-5 times errors messages when I tried to login. When I finally did get in, there was a big queue and I waited about 5 minutes before I could get ingame, and all the houses were gone in 5-10 minutes, so I got nothing. It's really frustrating. Some of my guildies wanted a house too, and they told with TeamSpeak that all the small ones were gone. Al the other sizes are probably full now too.

I'm right now just frustrated. I was the only one in my FC who could log at this hour, they were counting on me. Log in as soon as I can, run as fast as I can ... Dc'd two time, finally get in front of a house we wanted so much, having a big lag time ... and someone buy it at this moment ...

It was the last one ... like I said, so frustrating.

Every FC should be allowed to have a house. That's what housing was for at first, before people got greedy for more and SE rushed to give them what they wanted.

Just look at the FC info of the flippers to find out who the master is. Then report them to GMs for flipping.

And I've said for a long time that Square needs to look at the server populations and determine how many wards to have based on that. Can't create on Balmung or Gilgamesh because of high populations? Put more wards on them.

Hmm, reducing the house pricing by nearly half may have done the trick here. I'm personally very bitter about this but what can I do? We all know that this is due to the negligence of SE for doing housing the way that they did. 240 plots for servers with thousands of players? Genius!

I feel your frustration, I was the one holding the gil for my group but I got slapped in the face with lobby errors. Time for another year of sitting on a huge pile of gil while we wait for them to add a few new wards again, I guess.

Thing is, people are so eager to buy houses from them, they'll probably have sold them before SE even does anything.
I don't understand why people are so happy about giving ridiculous amounts of gil to someone who just took what they wanted from right under their noses.

As many posts as I'm seeing about this issue on Balmung, maybe you all should do your due diligence and report that? *shrug* Just a thought.

And yeah. I got up 3 hours early to get the one plot I wanted for years. I knew where to go via aether and beat everyone else who ran there. I feel bad for the other folks but, when Ishgard housing opens, there will be PLENTY of plots available in the "older" districts as people try to flee to Ishgard housing.

Wife woke up to patch at 4:45am, logged in at 6, had a 200 queue and was in and got the plot of land she wanted for the FC.

I am indeed very sorry for the people to Balmung and Gilgamesh. The RP community deserves better than that and so does the players. 2k queue. Wow. Insane.

I woke up pretty early to make sure I had the patch.

I logged in within seconds after it hit 6AM on my laptop clock and I got into the game first try so I got lucky.

So I immediately went to the large house my boyfriend and I had been saving for a long time for and bought it. So I got very lucky.

I do feel bad for people who didn't get what they wanted :/ there just wasn't enough to go around on Excalibur

There are many PF's up even 45 minutes after server up with people asking to buy a house from someone or some people trying to sell to others.

Got my plot back after losing it in a pointless server transfer! FeelsGoodMan

Why am I not surprised?

I had the money for my FC to get a house and got kicked out of the lobby 4 times from the lobby server error and then got stuck in a 1198 person queue for about 10 minutes.. Was all set and ready to get on at 5:55am EST and didn't log in until after 6:15. Every house was taken except roughly 5 smalls in the Goblet subdivisions which were bought before I could make it there and now PF is 30+ people looking to buy houses for their FCs.

Almost! I hit a horrible queue (was 800th so took a while to get in) but luckily I was aiming for goblet with my friend. Someone had already bought the plot I wanted, but I managed to get the one next to it so it's still in a nice position.

The rush was insane...

I didnt get the house I wanted, but I got another first class plot in the lavander beds.

Famfrit only had a que of 61" I was able to get a Large in mist for my FC, housing is still plentiful right now, but mostly smalls and a few mediums, larges were sold out within minutes.

CERBERUS the goblet sector 10 still available plots !

Seriously, if you people are just sitting here complaining instead of reporting, you're part of the problem.

SE has said that reselling houses is bannable. So get to reporting them

There were over 800 people in the queue to enter the world. Took 5 minutes to get in.
When I got there all of the S sizes houses were gone, and most of the M ones too.

wanted a 2 star in Limsa, but by the time I finally got through the error messages and queue, everything in Limsa was gone. That took 10 minutes btw. Then I found a nice 1 star plot in Lavender Beds, with the help of a guildie. So I got a house, but not the house of my choice.

The rush was insane...Some of my FC members didn't get anything.

I managed to get the house and the plot I wanted at the Mist, but soon after I did five people clicked my placard so it was a matter of "who loads the map faster". I'm sad about my friends that couldn't get one though, because the rush was real.

Now the party finder is crazy with WTB > Small/Medium/Large house at <district>.

My girlfriend and I have been saving for a month now for a small plot and of course I got kicked out at lobby and became 2000 in que. I just want a house it seeing how the only real way without luck is just buying Gil from a seller is the only real way, which I am not doing. I thought I paid to experience all aspects of the game including "housing!" I am done unsubbing
